I could be wrong but I think it had to do with the change in networks. Johnny Test was originally on Kids WB then later Cartoon Network revived it w/ some changes. Again this is just my guess

Tia Blue I think it was actually due to country issues. What I mean is that season 1, it was owned by kids wb, an American company. Season 2 and onwards, Johnny Test became owned by Teletoon, a Canadian company. I don’t know the specifics, but there was some legal issue with that very first theme, so it was changed.

I used to watch this around 2007-2008 when I was younger. I'm 21 now, and even if the memories of my childhood are blurry and vivid at the same time, the fact that I still remember watching this after coming home from school every afternoon is enough to remind me that my childhood was awesome. I used to do crappy drawings of Johnny Test cause I love drawing. Now I'm an arts student, almost graduating and makes sick illustrations, whether it's character or environment art I'm making money off of it. I'm proud of what I've become and thankful that this show was part of shaping the future where I am today. I hope someday when I die I'll be able to revisit those memories and cherish every moment of my sweet childhood.

The only thing I only ever hated about Johnny Test was that they changed Dukeys original voice... I know it's because the original voice actor retired or didn't want to voice act no more. I thought they could of done better with his new voice.

I vaugley remember the season 1 theme song. Though i remember the season 2-5 theme song. Also i felt that after season 1, the show really toned down the weirdness of the first season.

One and two are my favorites, I wish WB kids still animated it. Yeah I understand the idea of flash, and they needed to save money in Johnny test wasn't that popular even so It was the only option. But I'll miss those thick outlines in hand-drawn animation. ;c
