These are two defensive fighters, and you can tell that every attack is fully thought out and prepared. Not everyone is an aggressive fighter. My two teachers fight very slow, very methodical, and are more intimidating than those who are aggressive.

Whether you do hidari jodan or gyaku jodan has little to do with whether you are left-handed or right-handed. My sense is that Kai sensei chose gyaku jodan because he felt it would open up certain targets against gyaku nito.

pues la verdad a mi el kendo si me parece emocionante, aun sin nunca haberlo practicado ni tener la mas remota idea. Me llama la mucho la atencion. Me parece muy intenso y muy emocionante. La disciplina debe ser enorme!. Espero poder practicarlo algun dia. Saludos.

They are both 8 dan. It's the 8 dan tournament from January 1999.

Lol, I was just having a lil bit of fun. You can't say, Anything is better than the other, they are all different. Though I personally enjoy kendo the most. It depends on what you want to do. Kenjutus is mostly forms and kata. Kendo is a lil bit of form and kata and alot of free sparring. And Ninjitus is a mixture of a lot of things. Free hands, weapons, etc, etc. But you have to research them all or try them all out and see what you like best.

IMHO it wasn't boing; it was very exciting. The moments were there was no cutting there were very nice Seme battles going on.

nice video. are they both 8. dan or just one of them? the maai seemed to be a little short for jodan and nito.

I may have a suggestion. You know in hidari jodan you can use katate strikes to reach farther , but you must do reverse fumikomi. Maybe the sense of gyaku jodan is to maintain the orignal right foot fumikomi with an oportunity to use right hand katate strikes to score from greater distance. Left-handed japanese are few indeed, but they use the same grasp.

There is not Better of the three, cuz they are all different. That would be like saying, "what is better, apples, oranges, or bannanas?"

Ninjitsu is obviously the best. Because In ninjitsu, you can use your chakra to make huge firballs and waterfalls and stuff. Like in Naruto. Also, Ninjas are extremely rare and powerful. They use ninja dogs and Ninja frogs to defeat strong enemies. Again, just like in Naruto.
