A few of the Roboriders sets from 2000 had suspension, specifically 8003, 8513 and maybe 8512.

Also apperantly there is an interesting suspension vehicle base piece from 2021-22: 69963 and 69964. It allows a little steering also, but it is 4 studs long. In future it is possible to see a 6 stud version pretty easily thou. It comes in buggy in police set 60315.

There was also a 2605c01 piece, a simple brick with integrated shock absorber, used in some vintage sets as suspension, like in 6933-1.
