Idk if it's Kaiserredux or vanilla Kaiserreich but as Norway, if you elect the syndicalists in 1936, you have a focus about abolishing the monarchy. When you complete it, you can choose to abolish it, or keep the king. This is the only instance in a non-schizo mod where the game explicitly allows monarcho-communism.
