Agreed, the generic focus tree is the most straightforward and gives you exactly what you need to make a worthwhile nation, regardless of what nation it is. Plus being able to switch to Fascist or Communist incredibly fast is wonderful. This is a much more entertaining way to form Austria-Hungary though. Definitely gonna be doing this.

Reason it doesn’t have one is because it is a releasable. That said if Yugoslavia is reworked to be decentralized upon game start it could be worth adding a focus tree to Croatia.
