Frances Heflin looks so much like her brother, Academy Award Winner, Van Heflin. They look like twins.

Yeah, it's shocking Erica came from humble beings at first.

This episode number must be incorrect. Rosemary Prinz left after show #130 and she’s not billed in the credits here. But thanks for the upload. It’s really great to see these episodes again.

For reference Amy's (Rosemary Prinz) last episode is #118 June 19, 1970. She is heard in an audio only voice over in episode #131 July 08, 1970 when Linc reads a letter from his wife who has left town.

Thank-you for the upload.... but how could this be “Episode 47” in 1971?? The show debuted January 5, 1970. If this is truly the 47th episode in the series, it must have aired in 1970.

It was 1970--for the I Love Lucci SoapNet marathon where this aired (sadly edited for time) they mislabeled it as 1971.

When they hire good writers the show is excellent but during the last 10 years when it was in abc each season just got worse than the previous season. But when stars are aligned right it works

Back in the day - soaps were DREARY and DULL ! It wasn't until around 1977 that they picked up a LOT of speed and trauma-drama- like "Who Killed _____ ?" and such. but back then- it was two people on a couch - filling in DESCRIPTIVE plot advancement : "So (pause) Will Libby have keep baby OR give it up for adoption?" . "Well, you know Donald will NEVER give up their baby - even if they are both 19 years old". "Well I know her mother said SHE would watch it so Libby could finish school" . Etc. Then, one of the characters would go upstairs for 5 months. @@lynlynnielyn9188

It was great in its time. The student union would be packed at ! Pm in the student union at Cornell in the early 1970s, a great mind numbing distraction from Vietnam, Nixon, Vietnam Nam…
