All My Kids At The Tent. First time since 2009. Hunting. Fishing. Cooking.

For the first time since 2009 I have all of my kids up at the tent. Grouse hunting, getting the wood bin filled up for winter, deer stands and good ole Tent cooking. It was a great weekend to be a Dad. Hopefully the editing is okay, I had 3 cameras of footage to try to edit into one video.

You and your kids will cherish these memories. My dad used to strut like a peacock when my sister or I was with him. We were all 3 rarely together. He passed away 6 years ago today and we still talk over the fun times which weren't when he spent lots of money on us but when we were just together. Thanks for your video showing your family. It made me smile on a really sad day. Your children are so good looking and healthy, I bet you're one proud poppa😁

I know this video is over a year old. Love all you videos. The Tent reminds me of a couple trips my friend and I took to Cass Lake a Long time time ago. The view from the Tent's front door reminds me so much of the cabins we stayed at. Yellow perch, walleye, rock bass, and northern. I wish I could go back. We also saw a lot of grouse on the sides of the back roads.

Man, this is the kind of environment I want my children growing up in. I'm eighteen years old, and I've seen my fair share of bad in the world. Its surprising what a few days out in the woods can do to bring a little bit of what the world use to be like back to reality. They can still keep in touch with the electronics but a person ends up getting outside and doing a few things. Add a couple of garden plots close to those deer stands ! deer loves turnip greens ! try you a deer shoulder boiled with turnip greens ! & cornbread ! absolutely tasty ! & dont forget the grits & eggs with those breakfast steak & taters ! love youre videos & place ! Ireally enjoy your programs, you are a jack of all trades, which is very prevelant. On one of your programs you were packaging food for the Freezer, a friend of mine's dad was a butcher, and he showed and told me, when you wrap meat in freezer paper, to wrap it kitty corner, that it gives you less air space in the package to help prevent freezer burn. I watched you when you were working on your well point or sand point, when you put the teflon tape on the threads you put it on backwards, where you should put teflon tape on the threaded end in the direction you tighten the fitting. You put the tape on L hand, and it should be R hand

Nothing better than spending time with your kids at camp. That is what I love about deer camp that my son (youngest) is at camp with me and my inlaws. My oldest son never took to hunting. The youngest is now 30 and the oldest is 35. Family time at camp is always special! GREAT VIDEO!!

10 year anniversary to get all the kids back to the TENT:) (2019) Loving these old videos! beginning to look like spring here in Vermont at least below 1000FT. Hope to plant my garden before the end of May (always a risk of frost through May at 700FT above sea level)
