The cream looks very moisturizing and I have been looking for bamboo tea for quite some while a while back and had forgotten about it until you mentioned these products. Thank you for the birthday wishes, my friend! I will wet a toothbrush, dip into some baking soda then brush as usual. I only do it a couple of times a month though. My toothpaste has baking soda in it (although not a lot), so I rely on it for daily cleaning.

Happy Birthday Cheryl. I will be 70 in Nov,how did that happen. You look fabulous. I don't look my age as I'm told all the time but I sure feel it body wise.

@@sable7114 I feel it because my arthritis is bad. I have RA and a bad neck and back so my body feels very old, but my face doesn’t look old and I don’t have an old personality because I’m always like a big kid and I’ll always be a big kid but my body certainly feels so old.there should be a cut off age for how old the president can be that’s for sure

@@catmama54 I'm a big kid as well! There's got to be something that can be done to help you with the arthritis. I've said a little prayer for you. There are so many things over the counter that can be tried but I know you may be taking prescription medication now. I was having excruciating pain in my knee and thigh joint and doctors were suggesting I take over the counter pain relievers and possibly prescription, I never filled it, and then one doctor just said change the type of shoes that you were wearing to work and that got rid of it. Believe it or not I was asking if I was old enough for Medicare because they wanted to consider hip joint replacement😲 and I simply needed to change the shoes that I wore for hours while standing and walking a lot. I think I might also have flat feet so I'm going to be checking into that as well but did they? No they did not and did not refer me anywhere.

@@sable7114 i’m sorry that you have to suffer so. I know that she was a very important to help with back pain, knee pain, hip pain and everything I try to wear the best shoes I can. But my RA has affected my feet too. I did all the med meds. I did them all I had infusions for a year. Humira and Enbryl. Side effects were very bad and I had to stop. Years of steroids it affected my Oregon so I’m done with all those meds. I do take a supplement my rheumatologist recommended it’s by Schiff and it’s called move free, triple strength, and that has helped a lot because I’m walking. Not that I’m pain-free, but I’m able to walk where my knees were so bad I could hardly walk. So it’s a supplement you might want to look into. It didn’t help immediately it took a couple of months of taking it, but definitely it’s helped. I also have a bad shoulder and it helped.

@@marizzy63 Yay! I'm so glad you're enjoying the Bambu Earth. I swear my skin looks more even since I started using them. In the morning, just water or a gentle soap, then my serums and sunscreen - although this morning I used the hydration spray. Yes, I still wear the Alima Pure - in fact I wore it last week when it was sooo hot because I knew I would be sweaty.
