For the 3 x 4 photo mats (and the 4 x 6 in other albums) - or any photo mat you are going to stamp "Place Photo Here", I use unlined 4 x 6 index cards. Very inexpensive and doesn't use up your good white cardstock (and no cutting if using 4 x 6!). I pick up a pack or two every time I'm in my favorite "discount store."

Hi you just cut white cardstock to the desired photo size like 3x4, then the person receiving the album cuts the picture to that size and attaches it to that mat,thanks
