What may have happened could be that Baiju gave him the channel to organise the videos and maybe edit a few videos. After he did the job, the person asked for a payment which was more than what was agreed upon because there was more work involved, and Baiju refused to pay it. So the guy refused to give him the new password out of frustration and not out of ill-will.
