Gameboy Advance SP was so great with Pokemon FireRed, Ruby and Emerald, but I loved my Nintendo DS Lite with Pokemon Pearl and Platinum. I miss those carefree days and evenings, especially in winter when it was snowing, playing Pokemon in my dark room, with the only light sources being my Advance SP or DS Lite and the light decoration on my window.

No. The N64 intro is probably from the 64DD (DD stands for disk drive) which was a Japan-only disk-drive addon for the N64.

the N64DD is more closer to a zip drive with it's design of having the magnetic disk inside of a thick hard plastic casing, but like others have said the N64DD was very interesting from a historical standpoint. Far as the N64 having a CD-ROM add on, there where some unofficial CD-ROM addons that let you play ROMS from burned CD-R's, but the load times where painfully slow due to the bus speed of the N64's expansion port on the bottom of the unit, and it's also reported the bootleg CD-ROM setups where not always the most reliable with many different IDE CD ROM drive being used. Jamie Lishbrook Poor sales had zero to do with the reason we never got the N64 DD, because Nintendo of America had the development kits for years(Metal Jesus has one of the drives confirmed by ex Nintendo employees of the time, and other collectors), it was because for what ever reason Nintendo of Japan kept pulling a Duke Nukem Forever on the system, and by the time NOJ finally did decide to release the N64 DD to shut Japanese fans up it was December 1st 1999, which meant the SEGA Dreamcast had already launched in North America on 9/9/99, as well as Japan, and by the time the N64 DD would have gotten to North America it would have been 2000 or 2001, and the GameCube launched in North America on Sept. 14, 2001, so yeah it would have been pointless to release it. Also the reason for the poor sales in Japan was because of the N64 DD's late release, limited stock that was hard to get a hold of, the short ammount if time it was on the market, not a lot of games for it, and the fact NOJ did the bare minimum of marketing the damn thing to the Japanese public, because again the N64 was at the end of it's life cycle with the GameCube getting ready to launch soon after the N64 DD was released.
