Hartung Family Farms is a farming operation out of Jackson and Clinton County Iowa, with our main farm located in Preston Iowa. We have around 2400 acres of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, rye, and oats as well as around 750 head of cattle. I would encourage you to get your videos caught up to date. I started watching this video on the day it was posted January 15th only to learn it was filmed sometime in early December. I enjoy following your farming activities as I am a retired farmer myself but I would prefer something filmed closer to the date I am watching it.

@@johndegner792 wasn’t asking him to please me specifically but you may not understand the reason he is posting videos is to PLEASE his audience so they will continue to watch and he will continue to be rewarded for pleasing his audience with $$$. I was providing him With constructive criticism that could possibly help him with his KZbin channel. Take a chill pill buddy I didn’t criticize his videos. I specifically said I enjoyed them.

Open the gate and they’ll be right there when they want or out grazing the stalks. Do it every year and the cows are 50 miles away from the farm.

@@leviwulff I am a farmer if the truck is licensed for on road use whether agriculture or not you can not run off road diesel in it

@@leviwulff You don't know what you're taking about. If you're running your semi on road, you need non-dyed/ clear diesel, which can have a slight green tint to it. If you run dyed diesel (red diesel) on road, and get caught, you can have BIG penalties, because you haven't paid the road tax.

Y even deal with cows anyway, u guys have enough farmland to just do that because u can’t b making any money off of those cows, sometimes it’s not worth the headache
