I love these videos. My recommendations are The Flame of Albiyon (I’ve been wanting to read it since I heard about it, but I also haven’t heard anyone else talk about it after it’s release), the Percy Jackson graphic novels and Heroes of Olympus (I’m obsessed with Percy Jackson so I always recommend them when I see them on someone’s TBR), Graceling (I loved this book. I haven’t yet got to the sequels yet, but hopefully one day), and Gender Euphoria (This one just has me curious about it. It looks interesting).

You Deserve Eachother is hilarious. Sarah Hogle's other book (Twice Shy) is great too. I definitely recommend reading those. And also Piranesi, a great choice even if you're in fantasy reading slump, it's more about the character than about the fantasy and dives into what could happen to forgotten memories a little bit. My fave book of 2021, probably my fave in a long time. I'd classify it as literary though even though it has clear fantasy elements. Jade War would be a great choice too As would A Beautifully Foolish Endeavor. And of course I'm gonna say finish the Frostheart series. It seems like the cosy read you need with your job (haven't read it but just by the genre and target demographic I get that feeling) Hollowpox I have read and seems to fit that label too :D The Picture of Dorian Grey is amazing and I recommend the H. G. Wells. I've read the Time Machine (which was pretty interesting) so I can say the writing style is pretty accessible and War of the Worlds is pretty cool story. And Dracula (also on my TBR)

We Are Okay -. Nina La Cour - I read this in one sitting and it broke me in so many ways. I couldn't put it down. Life After Life - Kate Atkinson Vox - Christina Dalcher I didn't really like this book but I have a feeling it's right up your street Ace of Shades -Amanda Foodie I was amazed by how much I loved this. Raybear - Jordan Ifuenko Every one needs to read this book. The Picture of Dorian Grey - Oscar Wilde. Frankenstein -Mary Shelly I do not like Sci Fi much at all but I loved this book. So that has to say something about it.

Thanks for showing us your books! I would probably categorize Fahrenheit 451 as a classic, it's one of the few I actually like. 1984 was good as well. The Nature of Witches for suuuuuure. The Charlie Travesty series is not going to be finished (according to the authors) so that may sway to whether you want to read it or not. I'm the kind of person who if I haven't started a series yet and the author abandons it, I just unhaul it.

Last night at the Telegraph club is so good, put that up your TBR. Wool was brilliant when I read it but not sure how it holds up. Gearbreakers has a sequel out this year, read it before then. Wranglestone is perfect for a winter night's read. READ WOLFSONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 'Candycanes and pine cones'

The ones I would recommend : The picture of Dorian Gray (my favourite), Dracula (surprisingly funny !) Didn't hate but overhyped (2-3 stars) : Frankenstein, the great Gatsby, the Hobbit, Fahrenheit 451 The ones that are also on my TBR : Piranesi, Bunny, You had me at hola, the Heroes of Olympus, 1984, The shadows between us, an enchanment of Ravens, The shadows between us and Descendant of the crane. A Winter's promise : read it in French and I was utterly disappointed. I thought it was a fantasy novel set in a fictionnal world but then it was a huge mess. The world building wasn't well explained to us readers and the main character has no substance. When it was out in French everybody was raving about this, but frankly I don't get the hype.
