That's because Fearful Harmony has the PS1 disc game start up sounds and it's freaking out so the sound just kind of come togther

This probably explains Fearful Harmony (and maybe personified fear) since all the sounds are simply played at start up it is possible for the ps1 to use the sounds when fearful harmony is triggered

Wow, great... 😮 I didn't know PS1 startup sound was made up of so many sounds... 🧐 1:04 I remember when playing "Resident Evil", this startup sound made it even more scary... 🧟‍♂️

Yeah, the PS1 only had 3 samples to work with when it came to its startup. The first half of the startup, was just a bass, and the chimes, and the 2nd half was just chimes plus the reverse glass crash sound. Also Resident Evil? Haven't played that yet, but I have played silent Hill.
