Note: I said this for the previous tournament as well, but there are parts where I prioritized subbing the girl currently in focus, instead of the girls talking/yelling in the background (especially during the repetitive sections where they cross the finish line). I still made sure that everything made sense, so if you hear unsubbed lines in the background you don't have to worry as they probably weren't important.

To be fair Marine didn't actually finish all that highly in this round. Miko on the other hand was the surprise breakout!

Red team was really unbalanced in the first leg lol Aki apologizing as soon as she see the rainbow course is funny. Red team dominating despite supposed to be balanced proves that good in single race =/= good in team race.

it doesn't hurt that miko is really good on just the simplest maps and that was half of this little tourney. But how aki and korone got put on the same team I'll never know lol. kanata is incredibly variable, nenechi seemed to do a lot better than before, subaru seemed to do horrible for her, and ayame was using assist? funnily enough marine kind of underperformed

Well, it wasnt a single race, It was a series of 4 races to determine the teams, and in there Marine only finished 5th, Okayu, Shion and Subaru finished 2-4 respectively. And even Pekora that finished behind Marine in that series isnt bad at all. It's Just that the members that didnt do so well in the first 4 races, performed really well while on the red team (Kanata (10th in the 1st 4 races, 6th in Red team), Miko (8th in the 1st 4 races, 3rd in Red Team) and Nene (11th in the 1st 4 races, 8th in Red Team) did way better than they usually do)

Next round is actually even more unbalanced, while Red team still has their 2 best racers, Marine and Towa, they get also Pekora and Subaru, while the other team has Miko, Shion and Okayu

Here i am wondering how Miko goes from having an evenly matched negative point battle against Korone to performing around the same level as Okayu, Marine and Towa.. She definitely had the best improvement of all the players here, and it's scary bc she didn't even practice using the Time Trial method (best method don't @ me)

As overpowered as the red team is (Towa and Marine - the two Mario Kart Heavyweights), the blue team isn't bad either: you got Okayu and Pekora in there, and at times Subaru is pretty dangerous on her own right.
