I'm grinding for the van Aiden set as well as the two handed sword. I just wish the tower event wasn't crashing all the time. I noticed the bosses key cards glitch under the map alot

I got them all, and I am disappointed with the Van Aiden reward. The pumpkin crossbow is not event gold or legendary. It's purple and useless. The one from the Baka's store is way better. Probably Techland don't want the crossbow to be very good to push the Anubis bundle set.

Thanks for the video, i claimed all the reward and i was grinding for the pumpkin spice crossbow, thinking it was better than the shadow crossbow but no. This event is pretty hard doing with van aiden character, even with a full group, with different player each time, we died at the roof lvl7 just at the end when volatile attacks you while opening the door. This event is cool after all, but not fantastic, it's sad that the event isn't include in the openworld like the others. I hope it will be a bit better for christmas 😅

The only worthwhile reward for me in the event was the Shadow Executioner crossbow, high capacity and high damage with maxed legendary skills (+75%) and ranger gear (+80%) I'm getting 2839 damage per shot.

It is a really good crossbow

@@topchopytI'd say it is THE best crossbow in the game right now. Hunter's crossbow has slightly higher damage (1154 vs 1113) but smaller mag (5 vs 9), you can only use Hunter's Bolts and you have to buy them from Shen Xiu. With SE crossbow you can use all 6 types of bolts and you can craft your own ammo.

You probably still have the spectral goggles equipped from the Tolga and Fatin quest. Try changing your headgear in your inventory

Van aiden are so hard in ps4 3 character was soo easy but van aiden are the most weakest for me

He is more challenging to play as. Now that he was given the UV light you may find it easier to use it to give yourself a break from the horde. You should also try to play more defensibly and keep a distance from the infected. Make ample use of explosive bolts against groups and bosses (and loot all the scrap you can to craft more). If you start getting overwhelmed don't feel bad about retreating to the elevator to stay safe while clearing out the infected. You can use the slide ability to create distance and knock infected off their feet. You can stand on top of vending machines and target the infected below you while kicking off any that try to climb up. Use Molotov cocktails that you loot to black doorways/passages to limit areas infected can approach from. Save you guns and ammo for the volatiles in the upper floors. Plant C4 and ambush the spawn of the trick and treat bosses. Hopefully some of these tips will help you and good luck!
