I'm a Capricorn rising sign. My first house starts in Capricorn 12⁰ and ends in Aquarius at 28⁰. So basicaly Pluto for me stays in my 1st house. So will anything change?

Great question! Yes, but, although it's staying in your first house Pluto's energy will shift as it moves from ♑ to ♒. If until now Pluto was focusing on themes like personal control, discipline, how you present yourself in front of others through structure, responsibility etc, now with ♒ for you it will be about standing out in your own personal unique way, original, innovative, more authentic, more liberating. So you will too experience a shift and I am sure you will notice it. In my opinion it will be much more fun and freeing for you now , although as deep 😊
