I can just tell that Garage 88 at Resident Evil 3 isn't the safest. Nemesis can enter there lol

@@Desetivado Same as the big hall in RE2 on the Police Station. I would maybe choose a room where there is more than one way in/out, which is rather confined, maybe with some obstales in the middle, so I'm not dead ahead to get chomped on, except, if the room is in a place with an reinforced door and no windows or in an elevated floor, where Zombies can not easily reachable.
