Just rewatched The Beach, it struck me that when the film was made we were just on the cusp of the internet and mobile phone age, it actually ended with Leo in an Internet Cafe, it seemed to be a film that, to me, represented an end of an age, even music is different now, this is still a great song.

Racster66 Look at the UK's GDP per Capita and employment rates and compare it the rest of the world. It's very healthy. I can see why so many people would want to live there. It has beautiful scenery, and many great cities, particularly London, which along with New York is widely considered to be the most vibrant city in the world. Don't forget the culture, the language is a huge plus because it's so widespread, it's famous around the world for its music, and has the world's best soccer league. You may also laugh, but the climate is also a draw. There are no extremes of temperature, warm summers and cool winters, almost ideal. Especially for those who come from countries with extreme weather. I'd bet NigerianRocker would appreciate a cooler, less humid climate.
