I ended a thirteen year relationship with a narcissist three years ago. In that time I have quit smoking cigarettes, started eating healthy, reversed several health problems and have started healing and actualizing myself. Through all this, I have fought for disability (and won), had to find safe places to live while holding myself to the highest standard. Spirit has had my back the whole way but it has been the biggest challenge of my life. Two weeks ago, I had a gender affirming surgery which I am currently recovering from. So much growth. Last year I really embraced my healing journey... regained my independence after leaving an unhealthy relationship, left an unhealthy job atmosphere, worked with a therapist to refind myself and work through unhealthy thought patterns, and restrengthened my relationship with my son! I'm really glad this question cane up -I haven't stopped and looked at what I've accomplished... and, it's also good to know I wasn't fully alone on some of these battles (based on others reaponses)! ❤

@@carla89cc Please get out, I don't know what country you live in but here in New Zealand there is a alot of organizations and police that offer help. No one deserves abuse, they won't change it will only get worse. Put yourself and happiness first. ♥️ I wish you all the best.

After having the most painful heartbreak, I have been able to still get out of bed, exercise and feed myself well. This is big considering that I really felt like I wanted to die. What an amazing incredible celebration it is to read all these amazing achievements of the human/sol spirit! Its been so uplifting reading people's achievements and I think we need more of this, to help us see not only our accomplishments but our wonderful inner fortitude and power we all have in overcoming our own personal obstacles which are important for us personally to do.
