I'm sorry, but you hardly know a thing about Wales. First, that engine isn't Muriel, its stated that she is an 0-4-4RT, 2nd, she doesn't have a saddle tank, she's based on the fourneys build by the H.K. Porter company (to my knowledge), and third, what do you mean by overhaul? You can't just say things that aren't true and don't have any evidence to prove your statement.
