@@gaminglazarus4343 Hi and thx for the compliment! I started playing Dragon's Dogma back on the xbox360 and completed it multiple times. My favorite games are everything Monster Hunter or Resident Evil and RPGs like Dragons Dogma, KOTOR, Witcher, Kingdoms of Amalur etc. but i also play a lot of soulslike games, Dark Souls, Nioh, the Surge etc.

@@dugarrYT on dragon dogma do you have your character max level? do you was warrior, sorcery or bow fighter? i have see videos but i have never play monster hunter, dark souls, witcher. i wait to buy kindoms of amalur fate edition (xbox one) .i start new game on dragon dogma (playstation 4) next time and level up my warrior . i hope we get kingdoms of amalur 2 and dragon dogma 2 .

At the moment i play a lv200 Strider. I strongly recommend Monster Hunter if you like a challenge. Dragons Dogma will get a sequel next year. don‘t know about a KoA2.

Militant Dove heals to full while standing still. Not just out of combat. It also works while Immolation is active, and the effect seems to be passed to my pawn while wearing Magnanimous Cloak.

downside is that he uses up more stamina, on the other hand, only the killingblow has to be with the bow. so you can just switch for that and get the 2x xp

Interesting weapons, but sadly their power is usually too low to justify using them over BBI weapons even in their situationally advantageous fights

That is actually what i like about them, with this weapons, it is not only about damage but playstyle. I typically run around with multiple weapons for elemental damage or effect and switch to the situation. This way the game keeps being interesting for me.

It's moreso that they only help on fights that aren't that hard. Iraklis, Dragon's Flight, Caged Fury, Force Hatchet, and Militant Dove are like the only weapons with combat benefits that are worth carrying. And Dragon's Flight and Militant Dove still get outclassed

You're missing a lot of important information. Several BBI weapons have special effects - for instance, the purged buckler has an even stronger aggro aura than the stamina hammer. Also, many weapons will inflict ailments with all attacks when levelled. Rusted weapons are great for torpor, etc.

True, there is still more, this Video is only about the DLC Weapons from the Black Cat. Effects from Rusted, Aneled and Golden Weapons are in a different Video. And i didn't cover all BBI content as of yet.

This is actually pretty interesting, I thought for a long time that I had to find those weapons because the ones the black cat makes are duplicates of the original objects but at the cost of their abilities (I thought this was the case cause I gave a duped ring to the king)

In the original Dragon's Dogma, these were all DLC Weapons. Since Dark Arisen you get them from the Black Cat.

I have DD original and Dark Arisen. You can change VOCATIONS/weapons anytime you want. You can also purchase UNLIMITED character edited in the pawn's training camp AND there's also MORE WEAPONS you can also purchase there. I lv 200..I like Magic Archer or Mystic knight. You can get DIFFERENT augmented RINGS in BBI...the trick to DD is to save 3 or 7 days to RESPAWNS the BIG monsters ( you dont have too...there's certain doors you can walk in and out..or you can fight Daimon 3 times and all the treasure chest will repawns) I can kill 3 cyclops and a lynch with ONE SHOT without even seeing them..lmao. The high level3 armors has different ENCHANTMENTS..( look at the discription closer) I have Recokening, skyrim for the 360. Currently playing MHW. I'll probably play Shadow of Tom Raiders , next ( still havnt played it) My weapon of choice is the PICK in ther previsous 2 games.( some times..I'll use the bow or gun..I just get lazy from managing bullets) It's sort of like playing strider.

@@dugarrYT There's a door in the dark moon tower where you set bait to get the curse dragon to respawn..if you walk through that door 3 times..it's sort of like saving 3 times. It's sort of the samething if you kill diamon 3 times...I teleport OUT instead of opening the last door. So I can simply go through the sparyard...if you walk in and out of that riff stone...2 dragons will respawn there as well. ( and the curse dragon or death....So you can farm dragons and get your weapon RED Forge..easier. i play with pawns so they can heal me and carry most of the LOOTS/DROPS. These drops are HEAVY. I rent a pawn with a self reviving . My personal pawn is stridder. She has 100% against all elements..except dragon breath.. It's okay if she dies with all the LOOTS..She'll still have them when you retrieve her from the riff stone... The rent a pawn...WONT ( but she can revive herself.lol) Lv3 weapons/armor are only in Diamon chamber..So you'll have to fight diamon second form at least 100 times to get all the armor/weapon. Purification does alot duplicates. I still dont have the Godbane playing in BBI Might be my luck..but in Dark arisen I went through everfall at least 20 times. i only ONE drop of armor. I have all the armors in the original version of the game thou...i probably went through it a couple hundreds time.

Thats actually the way i Dragonforge my Gear as well. You can get Lv3 Armor/Weapons from a couple of chests not only after Daimon.

Only weapon worth of using is Iraklis and its 9x damage multiplier, but the RNG can be a bitch.

i dont know if things are different in hard mode and/or NG+, but the seneschal is kinda weak, i dont think wounded fury is at all necessary. i mean, i fought him at like level 60-something without any BBI gear in my first run (currently just past the dragon in my second), and killed him in a single thunder riposte, while he was still doing his speech

Thus far, killing the Ur-Dragon and getting Dwells-in-Light has been my biggest achievement and I WISH I had known about Dragon's Flight when I fought that evil bastard. Now that I've gotten all the BBI weapons, I'm going to see how Irkales works out.

You have a pretty high standard with the BBI weapons already, but the special weapons add a new fun component to the game.

@@dugarrYT Dwells-In-Light is my PRECIOUSSS... Pretty much everything on BBI is weak to holy. Though lately I've been playing as a Mystic Knight and breaking the place with Grand Cannon.

I'm a noob and idk if choosing a fighter was a good idea but saying that I'm falling off constantly even when pressing the correct button on the controller when facing the tutorial hydra I'm embarrassed that I can't defeat it.

There is no wrong choice, there is even a cutscene for if you don't defeat the Hydra. The NPC will fire explosive Barrels und you only have todo the finishing hit.

Wounded fury looks so good, but is so useless I only use it in normal mode runs sometimes, I mean the final boss is already the easiest of all the game, even goblins are harder to deal with, so why would you add a weapon that only works on him. Idk, i love this game but is so weird sometimes

it’s fashion dogma! often i use gear just because of its looks. once you know the game a little you realize that optimal gear is just an option 😉

This weapons have no use .. why you need weapon that does double dmg to single enemy when in BBI you can get weapon that just have twice or even tripled dmg than those and does it to everything

maybe to switch up your playstyle or you aren't far enough into BBI. maybe you just like the look of the weapon. there are lots of reasons.
