For May "Mayday" Parker she got a hand-me-down costume from her parents. They specifically say it belonged to her "uncle Ben". This is based on the fact that May's first appearance was a What If... title. Basically "What if the baby from the clone saga wasn't "killed". So it's a literal reference to the clones and the clone saga.

Kaine's extra head isn't a zombie head, he's a clone who is degenerating so thats why he looks that way he's falling apart

Unrelated, but I just wanted to reference a way Poundz inspired me in this long-ass "rant". I am pretty good at designing customs/kitbashing, but I have always sucked at painting. Been using Model Masters, which has a great reputation, but somehow even all my matte paints seemed glossy. Kinda felt so discouraged like I was wasting my time on something I was not improving on. So yesterday, I happened to try another brand of paints and I was elated to discover how well the colors mixed for my limited skill level. And mattes really looked like matte to me. Now, I can go back to all my crappy projects and give them the best look I possibly can. This is why I got into collecting MLs in the first place and I am finally starting to get the results I want after like 4-5 years. Subconsciously, I am convinced I was inspired by Poundz' innovation & always working to take his mastery to the next level. Poundz, thanks for all you do and being such a great leader in this community! Now, if I can just start stepping up my linework

The Raft one would be my favorite. I love Pizza Spiderman but it really needs McFarlane eyes to be great in my opinion. Might change my mind once I manage to get my hands on the retro one - too expensive - and even then I'll have to have one with McFarlane eyes. Also the custom Last Stand... damn that's tight! Doesn't look custom at all, very very good!

cool video! but to this day i still dont get why people call the raft spidey a mcfarlane spider-man. as a huge fan of todd's spiderman art, I dont see a resemblance in anything other than the colors. the eyes are not even close to todd's design. his were more "rounded" for lack of a better word, and the black lines around the eyes were a lot bolder, among other differences

Thanks for these videos, but for me Toybiz still is king for Spidermen. Snapshot, Sinister Six, Romita, McFarlane, Campbell.. Superstrength................ Besides the bodies and articulation being unique with TOybiz, all the different heads/masks. Hasbro Spidey masked heads just don't look as good as Toybiz and Tobiz STILL has the better paints.

Crazy how they gave that Cyborg Spidey a pin-less new arm, but gave him a regular old Spidey arm with the mismatched pins. 🤦🏾‍♂️ My favorite "Spidey" body has to be that Superior Octopus. Even the colors pop. I also like how the octopus also resembles an upside down spider.

Trust me. The custom you made with the Civil War spidey improves the design. Don't feel bad you don't have the civil war spidey. It looked nothing like it did in the movie. Plus the added white accents adds a great contrast.

Love this set I've managed to collect them all too only one of each which always makes me nervy in case they break. Theres also some from ye olde toy biz days that can still fit in like the spiderman classics cyborg spiderman, manga spiderman and spider hulk plus the old man spider from the pre marvel legends days. I still have the old toy biz mcfarlane spider man too and the black and red version they still hold up as stunning figures today I cant bring myself to sell them. We are definitely overdue an iron spider and future foundation update. A new BAF man spider would be the dream at this point and an updated superior spiderman. Totally agreed on needing an update to the old movie spidermen, that would be amazing.

You don't have the MCU iron Spiderman. There was two versions one without the legs and the other has the legs. The first came single carted in the MCU Thanos wave the other came in a two pack with Infinity War Iron man
