I loved this workout and I did it in my hotel room this morning. Exactly what I was looking for as I didn’t have too much space and I didn’t want to touch the carpet either. So this was perfect, thank you so much 😊 PS: I burned 407 active calories.

Take more rest between the rounds - even if that is 3-4 min. That is completely fine! Tweak the workouts so that they fit you. You will see the best progress if you can push through and make it a routine😉
