I can not lie...this was hard....but i did it! I have never tried so many new moves before. Lunge jumps of any kind have always intimidated me and I have only recently started attempting them. I am not nearly as graceful as you but damn....I'm doing them! Between another trainer/friend that I follow and you, I can not wait to see how much stronger I am by the end of the year. Thank you for pushing me beyond any boundaries and limits that I had put on myself!!! Flippin proud of myself and won't feel guilty at all about a rest day tomorrow after this week's workouts!

Wieder einmal überragend wo holst du bloß immer diese ganzen verschiedenen Übungen her liebes 😅 es wird nicht einmal langweilig im ganzen Workout im Gegenteil die Musik war diesmal überragend und die drei tabata zum Schluss haben das ganze perfekt 🎉🎉 gemacht es war das beste Workout in dieser Länge bis her es hat sooooo Bock gebracht ❤❤❤❤ danke 🤩

That was soooooo great! Since becoming a mother my bladder isn't able to handle impact, so I had to stop like 4 different times to tinkle. But otherwise that was amazing and I feel very accomplished for completing this session!! 💜 Thank you very much!

Auch dieses mal möchte ich Dir danken für die viele Zeit die du immer investiert in diese Workshop. Danke Dir vielmals für diesen Workshop. Ich schone immer noch meine Schulter und bin sehr froh für diese all Standing workshops. Ich finde es krass was für eine Kondition du hast, ich mache jetzt schon 4 Jahren Hiit und komme noch nicht an Deine Leistung heran. Ich finde es aber sehr cool, dass du nicht herausschneidest wenn du auch nicht mehr kannst. Das Motiviert mich zusätzlich wenn ich sehe, dass jemand der extrem Fit ist wie du auch Schwierigkeiten hat.

I made it through this long workout slowing down and modifying some of the exercises. Form is more important than the speed of the exercise. What's important is that your sweating and getting a good workout!!

Make it your own workout at your own pace. The best advice for myself. I have to admit at the expense of my male ego I thought I was superman shape guy, but these workouts are tough and I had to modified some of the moves!! I am addicted to these channel.

After a long-haul flight and extra hours of sitting on the train, this workout is the best way to kick-start the week! Thank you for giving us so many options of exercising with your variety of workouts. You are literally much better than many fitness trainers with millions of followers that promise results in 15'.
