Nina’s character was based on Poltergeist. Specifically, Zelda Rubinstein’s character of Tangina Barrons. She is the one that comes to help the family rid their house of spirits. Her famous lines were used in the Rusical song such as « Carol-Anne come into the light » and « this house is clean . » I think that is the reason that the girls wanted this role. I guess? It was hilarious that Nina played the role since Zelda was 4’3 .

I know a lot of people agree Plastique did well this week and she was in the "top" going by who the judges decided to talk about during deliberations but you're the first person I've heard really praise her and put her in your top 2. She had the lead role, danced her arse off, was hysterical and sexy and never broke character. And considering she was playing the ingénue "straight" character and not some Halloween monster she really brought out everything she could from that role. Her Brittany-style solo was epic. She was sexy in a bus driver wig ffs. On the one hand I agree that Shanell deserves a badge because she has been consistently good but Plastique gets shafted AGAIN so that... what? They can hold her back and push Roxxxy for the crown. By my scoring, Plastique would have had 7 badges by now (based on challenges alone), the four she won, a win for the girl group being carried on stage spinning her ponytail, the makeover where that whole group (who looked like Powerpuff Girl K-Pop Stars, including that absolute unit of a firefighter) was shafted for Roxxxy's macthy/matchy, cheap, stretched fabric pink cocktail dresses.....aaaand finally for this challenge where she had the biggest part and killed it. I could give the number 1 slot this week to Jorgeous as that dancing was killer and it was such a moment but she was number 2 at least and that Runway was insanely beautiful. Also I wanna say: I'm not a Plastique stan. I don't have TikTok. Nothing under 20 seconds is "entertainment" to me and I thought she was sweet on her original season and pretty but not much else. Roxxxy on the other hand gave me life on season 5, was a bit subdued on AS2 but fun to watch. I was really looking forward to what she was gonna bring. I wanted her to do well so bad. I know she's a drag queens' drag queen but making all your looks for AS9 was a mistake. She can construct but she doesn't want to spend money on the fabric and details and it shows and her designs are really hit and miss or so basic. Her lipsyncs are fine and she beat Plastique fair and square twice because she actually knew the words but even for someone who parks and barks which I enjoy, I feel like I'm just being gaslit the whole season when the judges are telling me that Roxxxy is slaying looks/lipsyncs and challenges. And now there are three queens with 4 badges and all I hear from Pitstop guests and other anyone else with an opinion is Roxxxy's could win, Angeria could win, Jorgeous could, Mik could win... anyone but Plastique after saying her drag is next level and she is doing so well in the challenges (not just for a pretty fashion girl) every week. I don't know why I wrote so much but I love it when queens show up to WIN, especially when you don't see it coming, but It feels like she's not allowed to win, especially over Roxxxy which pisses me off.

They usually have 6-8 weeks to prep the package with a stipend and then she also stuck to old RPDR rules and kept her suitcases to a minimum so no show stopping headpieces are fitting in there. I think lack of skill, small amount of time and not a lot of luggge space are all contributing factors to her lacklustre runway package. Lack of skill being no 1 imo cause the right queen can make it work and make it look easy.

Nina’s character was a mashup of the doctor from Rosemary’s Baby *and* the clairvoyant from Poltergeist, Tangina Barrons. The pearls, the gradient sunglasses, and the updo were what Tangina wore in Poltergeist. I wish she would have done her voice more like that character because it was so distinct! It would have been so good and if anyone could have done the voice it would be Nina! Missed opportunity in my opinion.

Yeah, I don't believe Trinity for one second. Backpedaling or not, she started all this, she shouldn't be surprised when she's held accountable for things she's done. Her response feels very gaslighty, trying to make Farrah question her memory of the event when Farrah seemed to remember it very clearly, transphobia is usually remembered vividly when it's done by a supposed friend. I wish there was more substance to the Rusical I mean half of the characters were literally singing about who they are and what they are known for: - AI doll - scary clown - scary girl that fell down a well It all felt so random and confusing and weird The most memorable part was Plastique's Britney voice, Nina's exorcista, Gotmik's spinning wig and Clamjie's "Holy Guacamole" Amazing But as a whole I found the Rusical rather disappointing and incohesive, not well written Not the Queens' fault, not at all

Great Rusical! I thought that Gottmik was excellent and remember she won 2 lip syncs. I also thought Vanjie was terrific and the people on X agreed. Vanjie trended for 2 days on X because so many thought that Vanjie should have gotten a badge. Holy Guacamole! 🥑

I think what they should do is something like La Mas Draga Solo Las Mas with awarding an actual penalty in the current round with the lip sync. Make the top 2 placement worth around 2 points, then make the lip sync winner get another bonus point, so that people try in the lip sync, but also make the penalty “award" give -1 points to the target of it. Then the penalty is weaker than being in the top, but it still has some effect and also allows for the lip sync to actually have stakes because it literally improves the amount of points you have.

I've been LOVING Trinity on Sibling Watchery. She's the only queen giving actual critiques (everyone else kisses Roxy's ass). I think the best two in the challenge were Roxy and Jorgeous - they both killed it! I would rank Shannel 3rd or 4th. However, Roxy's runway wasn't good and Shannel's was... so, while I do think Roxy probably deserved the win, Shannel winning works too.
