This is just my opinion. I like the monster introduction in world more than rise because i like my character interact with the monster when they first meet. I mostly skip the monster cutscene in rise. It doesn't matter how cool the monster show off in the cutscenes, they still gonna be slay by a hunter wearing a goofy-as mashup armor with a stick and will be used to make my cat and dog helmet

OK, lets be real, what a shitshow. They spoiled every single Story Monster minus the final Boss. Even some of the Endgame Monster. And Titleupdates before the Game is even out. Thats good marketing, cause who cares about the Product after its sold, but its realy dirty. And im not even super into Spoilers and everything has to be a super big Surprise. Im honestly not very found of the Cutscenes eighter, its just a endless War between Animals. Why does Shogun care about two Ludroth, the big one is eniugh for Weeks, and why did Seregios and Gore kill a Monster just to leave? Territory like Lions and Hyenas who as well kill another whitout eating?

About Shogan. I talked with another person about this and we thought that the reason he killed two other Ludroths is that: 1) he was probably threatened by them since they were near his first corpse or something similar. 2) or Maybe he decided not to leave them so he could have 3 feasts instead of one, since they were an easy prey anyway.

@@k.guzhvin4952 Why sould he feel threatened? Hes much bigger, so they arent a Thread, and they the same Species and running, so unlikely they tried to steal the kill. Its probably even more of a hussle to extra run and even dig after them, if they allready quiet fare.

@@Sunaki1000 in that case, the best logical speculation I have is that regular Ludroths were already an easy prey (like I said in my first comment). Considering that they weren't that fast compared to Shogan, he could eat both Royal and females.

@@Sunaki1000 Being the same species does not mean they aren't going to eat it, cannibalism is pretty common in animals, for example, if an armoured ground cricket smells another one bleeding it will attempt to devour it, even if the injured party isn't dead yet. And yes, predators will kill each other for the sake of killing, lions and hyenas do it to each other all the time, sometimes they don't even eat the corpse. Monsters in this world are territorial, and territorial animals are violent, there's a video of a hippo killing an antelope just because. If there's other predators in the area, they're killing and eating things that you could hunt later, that makes them competition, regardless of size, so it only makes sense to get rid of them.
