Well, technically he turns into Ken when he's using the red costume, and into Akuma when using the grey one, so not all of the hyper combos are Ryu's, haha.

You forgot Jin's 4th Hyper Combo, the Saotome Shine(extra damage and defense but reduced speed, only happens if he's the last man standing and 10% health).

I didn't want to include it, I don't think it's a Hyper Combo, there's no command, it doesn't use bar, it's more like a passive ability that's worth showing in a specific Jin video, but not in this one.

More than evil Ryu, I think he uses Akuma's costume. Same with the red one, he's using Ken's costume.

​@@hecb8198That's why he says theoretically, because Ryu's change into Akuma is like being Evil Ryu. The only difference with Gouki is that he doesn't use the Zanku Hadoken or the Tenma Go Zanku, but he does use the Messatsu Go Hado (which is like a Metsu Hadoken), the Messatsu Go Shoryu, Ashura Senku and of course the Shun Goku Satsu from the Zero/Alpha 2 and 3 saga.

I think it could be to make the translation more appropriate, or even to change the meaning of something that might seem inappropriate for today, but I'm just speculating.

The functions of the control buttons in this game are punch and kick, each button is a different punch or kick. Blue - Light - Fast and weak (does little damage) Red - Heavy - Slow and strong (does more damage) Yellow - Medium - (middle ground between weak and strong)
