The gameplay in Melee is tight too. Movement looks so clean, especially at a high level. It is very entertaining to a casual or a competitive player, with advanced movement options ie wavedashing making it perfect for competitive play. Melee sums up smash perfectly.

SSBB was the smash game that really got me into it. The music, the characters, (especially) the story mode. Brawl is the smash that helped me and my siblings bond and get along through tough times. We still go back and play it from time to time. Brawl will forever hold a place in my heart. 💕💕💕💕

Yes in the brawl intro they are on the same cliff as in ultimate they are on a cliff that leads to water both the same edges and also both are really sunset beatiful and if Nintendo says EVERYONE is here then that means that they are on the same cliff and in lifelight you hear that whistle part as in brawl in the in game trailer so all the games are mixed into a *Ultimate Smash Bros* ^_^ I hope your question was answered by us enjoy what you think(I know a lot of smash Bros theories..)

Melee’s intro is honestly pretty amazing how it’s stood the test of time and still managed to stay absolutely incredible. Nothing compares to that shit with Sheik and the goosebumps giving music playing in the background or when the announcer screams “Melee!” at the end of the opening with that glorious score in the background. While I didn’t grow up with Melee or have ever played it that much, that opening sells it for me. Brawl and Ultimate are pretty great but I just have a *gamer orgasm* whenever I hear that Melee music.

Brawl is the only one I have, but honestly, I am so grateful it was the first one I played. If I played a newer game first, then chances are I would’ve been a Kirby/Yoshi/Pikachu player. I remember being 6 and going into my older brothers room when he slept at my grandmothers, turning on his tv, Turning on the Nintendo to play whatever game was in last and not many things have ever come close to that moment of wonder.. The music went along with my curiosity at first then exploded to the montage of fighters. I stayed up late playing classic mode and losing a lot but man... those colors lighting up the room while I stared at the spectacle on the tv was something else.. freaking love Nintendo.

Happy 20th Birthday Smash!! It’s been fun playing this game with my cousins on Brawl (My first Smash game) I really enjoy the songs, characters, story (Stories If World of Light count) and maps!! I started to learn more about other Nintendo characters like Dark Pit and I really enjoy Kid Icarus and there actually really interesting. Toon Link and Dark Pit became my most favourite characters (and mains) cause of Smash and there original game. Super Smash Bros you’ll never let me down!! Continue on and become more awesome!! I always loved the Wii U intro of Smash Bros. They went all out with it compared to the others. There's no soft melody or anything, it's just pure raw power, rock and epic soundtracks, with awesome clips of fighters clashing ferociously and giving it everything they've got. I only played Melee once at a friends house I think but never owned it myself. I love the original N64 Smash Bros. for nostalgia sake. I love Brawl for the fact it added Sonic The Hedgehog to the roster and had an awesome campaign with the Subspace Emissary. I love Smash Bros. 4 for the Wii U because of that awesome intro and introducing us to amiibos as well as Mii characters and stages we could create. I love Smash Bros. Ultimate for refining / improving the points made in Smash Bros. 4 for Wii U (except the intro, it remains unbeatable imo). It's a sad day when there will be no more Smash Bros. sequels for any future Nintendo consoles. R.I.P. Smash Bros. Enjoy your retirement from it, Masahiro Sakurai.

I like the 64 intro the most as they put more effort into showing the idea behind the game, which is essentially just a kid playing with his action figures. That's what the "master hand" is at the end of the day. It's the actual kid playing with the figurines. At least that's how I always imagined it to be. Also notice how the "master hand" - or the kid - arranges the stuff on the desk to represent the stage in his fantasy.
