The taunt animations feel off. I think it's partly because the character's mouths don't move properly (or move at all) with the voice lines, but also so many of the animations cut off way too quickly while others go on for a long time. Like a lot of the taunt animations are blink and you miss them, or they have an accompanying voice line but the animation cuts off way before the voice line is finished and that makes it a bit jarring. Many of the taunts were good, but just way too short. They'd have a lot more charm if they just lasted a few more seconds.

Yeah, Smash does also have some taunts that feel like they're a little too short or cut off too early and both games have a problem of some characters having really fun/cool/good reference taunts while others have pretty lame and weird taunts that don't really make sense @@memutahar1
