Was waiting for your reaction to the Gold Saucer and it didn't disappoint - it's such a cool area. The next episode is going to be amazing! The whole bit with Barrett and his backstory is so good as his reactions and holding himself back when he gets to Corel are so out of character. Really cool in this game how each area lets you get to know your party more and give someone other than the main three (Cloud, Tifa and Aerith) some time to shine! Oh and you did better on the piano first time than I did for this, trust me!

Yes! I’ve been loving the attention on Red and Barret - I’ve been waiting for Barret’s backstory. That piano destroyed me the first try! 😂😂 & the Gold Sauce is amazing! Thank you! 😊

1:43:20 This Dr. Sheiran definitely seems like a more likable and trustworthy man. So excited that you like the Gold Saucers first impressions! Next episode is gonna be awesome! Edit: noticed others mentioning the lack of a date. Not to worry! You didn't miss out on anything. Only read more of this comment if you want tips on future Cloud relationship stuff. I promise no spoilers, only help: The happiest smiley face icon is your preferred person (green is medium, blue is good, light blue is great). There will be opportunities to change this preferred person many more times. Sidequests always increase a particular party members affection, so that is the best place to start. (the quest menu will have the face of the party member who will like you, after speaking to the quest giver). Using synergy skills and abilities are another option to fine tune relationships.

Awww you didn’t get a date at the gold saucer. No worries tho it’s still nice to see people’s authentic reactions to the game. Not everyone’s 1st playthrough is the same. I was lucky to get Tifa on my 1st playthrough and it was amazing. I’m going for Barret or Aerith on my 2nd

It’s so interesting! Definitely had no idea there was a date that I missed lol. I think maybe cause there was a Red quest in Corel that I did?

Due to Red's affinity being so high compared to the girls, you got no date at the door by the end.

R is right thumbstick. Also no date in chapter 8 means either you are closer to Barrett or Red than the girls.
