1. Thank you for this. Love love love this song and am so grateful for your help learning it. 2. Could you help me on the counting of the pattern? I think I am hearing 1 2a 3a 4 with the thumb on the low note on 1 and 3, and higher string on 2 and 4. But the hammer-ons screw me up. Is it really 1 2& 3& 4, and with a hammer on it becomes 1 2& 3&a 4?

Hello, thank you very much for your video! I have a small question, about the intro picking section A chord, when counting one, two and (rest) and four and, I feel I hear the picking on beat two is landed on the 3rd string instead of the 4th string, when I listen to the original recording from: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqO5dJV6pdJ8fpI However, as a beginner, I can not be 100% sure, and both ways sound nice. Could you help me verify this question? Thank you!🙏

First, thanks for watching this video @MinsGuitarJourney! I listened again and I still think she's plucking the 4th (D) string. She plays it very softly so it's hard to hear it clearly every time. It's also the convention string to hit on the second beat when using this pattern so I very much WANT to hear it, because it makes my job easier ! @@jkehew1 Thank you very much for answering my questions🙏! It was so hard for me to be sure, so I played it back at 0.5 speed repeatedly and tried to compare it on the guitar. I was afraid that I got it wrong. After seeing your reply, I can feel less struggle about that now. I also started to see that as a beginner, it will also make the learning process easier if I focus on learning the conventional pattern and being able to play along at this level. It's more important than worrying or struggling too much into the details in this case. Thank you once again for your response, as well as for your lessons and videos! I will check them out more as I move along!
