I love Walrus Audio stuff. I use the Julia v2, Lillian & Fathom on various boards. However, the Eras doesn't really do anything that I don't already have in my pedal collection. But if you don't have these tones covered, don't hesitate to buy anything from Walrus.

That would be a $3,000 paint color option on a new car... LOVE IT!!!.. and I hate red. Walrus Audio is on point... I bought the Julia chorus pedal for my cousin/B-day... and after test driving it myself, I didn't want to give it to him ;-) "Distortion" pedals are thee HARDEST to get right... they will always be compared to amp distortion as a baseline.

Good lord that tone is disgustingly chuggy. I love the idea of this pedal but I asked WA and they said it can't cover the base I use my Iron Horse for so it's a no-go for me.

I need to get a Walrus R1 before this I think... I've used an Iron Horse V2 from Walrus but I wasn't totally happy with the sound and even the design. The clipping switch is badly located, you can hit it when you turn on the pedal with your foot. But this one seems really cool, I wonder if it can take the place of my MXR Super bad ass. Could you give more information about the bass and treble knobs please ? How do they work ? If you turn them totally to the left, are they "inactives" ? Thanks.
