What would be REALLY cool is if they did a Crayola set for 50s car colors/or colors in general. You could get some very unique vibrant tones, and then the amazing light and mid pastel shades (white leaning & gray leaning) of cars in the early 1950s! They are so pretty and extremely unique and I've never seen a company showcase the shades. I think it goes: seafoam green, seamist, pine green, alpine blue, coastal sand yellow, Mediterranean sea, rain forest, matador red, capri blue (probably exists in this pack similarly), glacier green, sandstone red, and about 580 more colors that are extremely ultra specific hues used on cars in the 1940s-1950s. There's also this beautiful periwinkle gray that I actually didn't see in here that Pontiac used.

I just bought the neon, confetti and cosmic 24 sets today, I can't find a list of names for the Crayola cosmic crayons anywhere though and the names are really hard to read on the actual crayon, I think tiny and silver on a dark background, maybe a sort of scrolly font too. I really miss the days when they wrote the names in a readable black font. I also wish they'd come out with a n empty fill it yourself stand like in the 152 set with the plastic thing to keep your crayons in. I have a 32 set, 5 24 sets and 2 16 sets I'd like to keep somewhere other than their boxes.

Hi I'm also interested to know if there was "hyacinth violet" before. That was one of my favorites when I was around 5-6 y/o. I just want to make sure It wasnt just my imagination😅. I don't see such name now in crayola colors 😅

Do you know if I get Dollar Tree Crayola crayons if they are the same quality? I recently go the colors the metalics but left the neon ones. I like them but they are only 8 not 24 just to try them out

@@cassandrahills9860 I actually don't know about this, because they're definitely different in terms of hue and saturation, but they also don't have names. the Crayola website gave the gel fx colors names like "blue gel fx" so I think they're probably definitely unique colors. However, I have to order them off the internet so it's hard to say if they're retired or not.
