It's a little hard to really see the differences on youtube but trust after playing the PS5 version in person the PS4 version looks so washed out, blurry, and very choppy with the low framerate and screen tearing

PS3 Vanilla GTA V was the best one, it felt natural. Following updates added a lot of things that didnt make sense like futuristic weapons and vehicles and tons of online BS. wish PS3 GTA was available to PC from the start

On PS3 and PS4, you could choose the start story or online when you boot up the game, you need to go to settings, and change start up game in online mode, or something like that

I'd like to note that I don't know what update, but the cropped loading screen on ps4 happens before about 10-20 seconds, then becomes the full cover art image. The same is also true for ps5 (I'm unsure whether it's GTA Online or GTA V).

money doesn´t change technical limitations if you knew how the Rockstar editor worked, you would understand the editor really is demanding and the Ps4/XONE were likely getting close to the memory limit and then the CPU is already limiting the game so by removing it, they freed up memory of the replay buffer which was always set aside. and the CPU doesn´t have to run it in the background

You can't access the editor, but to get to Director Mode, you just need to activate that menu that appears to the top left and then go all the way and select Director Mode. Again, no Editor.
