You’re one of the few, if not the only reactor so far that i’ve seen Understood Choji’s struggles and his actions right of the bat. And the way you explained it was perfect, i felt so bad for him because its such a realistic thing to go through, having expectations for something but when its not going your way some people kinda go into this deep spiral of depression, anger or frustration and each person’s different on how they react to it and in Choji’s case it was lashing out on his friends thinking that would solve the issue when it only made it worse, its so terrible and tragic he’s just so :(((

i love listening to your commentary as you watch. i feel like a lot of reaction channels tend to save their words for when something exciting happens, or something moves the plot along but you comment on the characters' inner motivations and struggles, which i highly appreciate. it feels nice to know you're empathizing with these deeply flawed people, because that's honestly what carries this show the most. i didn't catch the lack of soundtrack at the beginning! that's honestly such a strong way to show choji's emptiness and lack of passion. this arc is so interesting to me because it displays choji and togame as opposites in message and outward expression. choji, despite being key-ed up and peppy, expresses his disillusionment counter to what most people are used to seeing. apathy, listlessness, those traits are more suited to togame. meanwhile togame isn't apathetic in the slighest. he's been roiling in emotional turmoil behind the scenes for what must've been years now, but doesn't express it as loud bursts of energy. these two are opposites, and i feel that is what created the gap in being able to understand each other. and i like how this episode mirror's sakura's own dilemmas and struggles. because of his past, he's also taken to repressing and bottling his emotions and solving problems through his fists. just like choji, he too doesn't understand the emotions inside of him and how to healthily communicate them. but whereas shishitoren fell off the deep end, furin is trying to correct sakura's self destructive ways by encouraging teamwork, supporting others, and humanizing their leader (all things shishitoren could not do). i really love this show.... i've been a long time fan of wbk so it's honestly so heartwarming to see you enjoy it. keep up the good work!

wow im glad you noticed the purposeful lack of ost! the buzzing sound too, great to show choji's emptiness and the tense fight also it's funny, the fights are lined up like the level of therapy they needed XD im smiling rn but when i was watching this ep i teared up, they adapted the choji togame part so beautifully also im so glad you understood what was going on with choji, a lot of people did not understand him even after this episode

I enjoy watching your reactions greatly-- your attention to the visual and sound expressions and the characters inner struggles and emotions are great, and your videos are enjoyable to watch along/after my own viewing of the show😊 Looking forward to tagging along for more! BTW perhaps some one may have already mentioned this, but did you know Choji's va is same as Denji (Chainsaw Man).? I personally wasnt aware until I saw the credit and was pleasantly surprised !

Overall 5-0 win for furin 😆anyway look forward to the next episode, if not mistaken, we may also get the full debut with two of sakura's classmate as seen briefly from episode 2.

Yeah Furin completely wiped Shistoren relatively easily all things considered, except for the Sakura fight lol

@@bluestReacts Technically a win 😆 next episode would be a wholesome one. Sorry I may be mistaken, regarding sakura's classmates, they would either appear in the next episode or in episode 11. But anyway look forward to the rest of the show.
