Ume really is a great leader. He found that perfect balance of being protective in order for everyone to feel safe but he's also not overprotective and respects that everyone has to fight their own battles too. He knows how to read a room and how to read other people and their emotions and that is such an assett as a leader (and in general). Great reaction! :)

Ume is such a great leader! this leader vs leader fight was more of a fight on mentality than a fight about who's physically stronger (so the focus of animation wasnt on who's doing the sickest move but how strong the moves look) im glad choji and togame came out of this therapy session with accountability on their minds but also the start of a mending relationship. can't wait for the next episode!

Umemiya didn’t take the match seriously just to put choji in the right place where he used to be …. He’s stronger than choji and that’s obvious but he let him do whatever he wanted… Ume chan has such a sweat heart 💓

The way I saw Choji is like a future version of Sakura if he was able to force his way to the top of Furin. You are motivated just to get stronger and fight your way forcing yourself to get to the top. However once you arrive at the top then what happens? You think its gonna be fun but if there isnt anyone else there with you then how fun is it really?

This reminds me so much of Mob Psycho 100. Like for MP on the surface you're like oh the fights are cool, the animation is sick, and the characters are funny, but on the deeper level, there is such incredible development and growth from the characters, and lessons that could be applied to real life.
