There was a lev 16 lumber spot about 20km away from me. I just happened to find it on my own. I tapped the search to see if it would locate it. It did not. 😕

I found tiles over lv12 didn't get found by the search, and the others only looked out like 50 km..

Just got a force reboot, and the tile searching is working now, up to lv16 and out to 100 km - tbh, I like that.

🤣🤣🤣 They've patched it up a bit, so the function is a bit better for finding tiles now. It's still terrible for finding bosses though

@@RedEvony works only out to about 60km now, seems they are still adjusting how it works. sometimes I'll find a boss out to 90km, and tiles out to about 50km, but it's like they are modifying it still.. fine tuning. if they made it work out to 150km, I think that would be gold for a tile finder. if they made bosses out to 250km, that would be good, Monsters out to 150km I rarely find boss 1-13 within 100km of my city....

Ok because we had the search function from Day 1 of our server, let me give some tips on it: 1. It has a max search radius ( it was 100% 200 klms away from your Keep, but after they released this feature to all it appears to have been lowered to 100 klms? need to test more) 2. If there are newly spawned Bosses/Tiles - it will not find them until you restart the game (it's "cache" doesn't refresh often, thats why) 3. You will end up using it just for tiles - which is AMAZING! It's enough we are looking for bosses... at least looking for tiles is not an issue anymore. Usually you want to send all marches to gather and go to bed -> If your hive doesn't have RSS tiles available, port somewhere further away, restart game and search. That's the best use for it.

Aka, I just love you! With my particular testing, the search feature has gone out to almost 100 km (not meters), but I think it actually depends upon what you are searching for... imagine that. But regardless, I LOVE your videos, thank you so much for continuing to provide great content with style and humor, I LOVE it!

Quickest way to get champion tokens is to port to a corner of the map and fast solo low level bosses. 😊

Yeah for the search feature, probably why we have lag like it’s a SVS week after they add Server War Chat. Shame they spend their time to add new features instead of fixing the lag problems. Aka007 I feel they should have added training speed and not training capacity on the champion. Thanks for the share 007.

Possibly. It could also be the new Auto-Join feature that they provided to some servers. I feel like Evony continues to leave those problems until they can find a way to make us pay for them, like they did with refining, or until they feel enough pressure to fix the issues, or it affects their money somehow 😅😂 Imo, they should have put some kind of buff or debuff instead for the new champion. No need for anything "training" 😂

Search is another function took from Whiteout survival (poorman's Evony). now only if evony will take the Server Transfer function from WOS. as for duty general, just wait until they show up in the trial of knight/glory chest. easier to get and less to pay

So, I've maybe been around enough to say that this new search feature belays the good work done by an individual player who was always just plain searching. Honestly a good part of my self training was looking for these RSS spots without this kind of help. Not to mention if Yasha was the best monster found within 50m then that is ridiculous. I think they introduce this as a continuing ploy (like RSS that is SAFE), to keep new players in the game. Just my thoughts. They don't want people to leave quickly, so they entice them with this stuff. Granted it works for me the same now, but it's not going to be the same experience for the new people. The rest of the video I appreciate, but the name of the game is coining. By the time most people, including me, decided on a general for a certain assignment, that general is superseded by a new one. I am so sure no one considered that. BTW, I have to hurry, I have like 180 extra tiles of Frigg. Go Frigg'n figure. Thanks Aka, as alway.

The search function doesn't even work on rss tiles that's are a few meters from my keep, which are in the hive... super silly function - I had this function perfect working in another FLASH (programming) based war game for over 10 years... the source code for this feature are already existing, but ofc it must be Evony to f this up... gzzz... I got Ariadne from monster hunts only, next up is Dulcinea. But going to maximize Ariadne first. Helen and Esmeralda is level 20. 484 doesn't have the dragon nor duke events. The search is a nice addition, except it doesn't work. Besides the ridiculously short range, it can't find tiles of the highest several levels.

I did put it to the test and make it search for a 14 food tile I was looking at and said it didn't found any😂. And yes Aka you can still get sufficient champion tokens out of bosses. Just make sure to use your ascended Sanada Yukimura like I do✌🏻

I think Evony is now trying to compete with 3rd party apps (cheat apps) that players use for Evony, which is kinda good, it does help players, since those 3rd party apps aren't really free, specially the botting apps, but it does not change the fact that Evony is still a play to win, if you're not competitive, you'll be content with the slow growth, but if you're competitive, it's frustrating if you cannot keep up with coiners. 😞
