Not starting in High School is such a shame. That was my number one want. Starting in HS then getting drafted in the NFL and making it to the HOF was my favorite part of NCAA 14/Madden 25

It makes ZERO sense to just pick any school. I loved HS and earning my rating. In fact, I played 4 full HS seasons to replicate being a HS freshman and played on the hardest difficulty, all the way to the "official" HS senior season on a lower difficulty to really make it feel my guys was going to college. Kept HS stats an everything! !

I'm not totally against not being able to create prospects and edit real-life players, but if EA doesn't allow us to at least, at the bare minimum, play around with player ratings (Speed, acc, awareness, etc.) that's going to be a massive let down

Sport games nowadays make you create a custom roster file that you can implement into your offline modes, however on things like online dynasty they’re going to block that off as they should.

the old ncaas with classic passing, just like classic passing in madden 24, you can lead the reciever/target pass with the left stick even if you cant see an icon pop up to confirm it. ive been doing it for a long time

You can throw on the outside in 14 I was just doing it bruh , it's using the analog stick to in the direction you want to throw the pass. And your QB has to have good accuracy and throwing power

Do you know what I wanna know about the new kicking system because I loved how the kicking meter was in the old college football games and even in the old madden but now madden changed it to where you have the time it with pressing the button three times and it’s annoying, especially for me when I’m visually impaired lol versus the old kicking meter where you Could easily just see the line moving from the bottom of the meter at a bright orange color or red and it gets to the top and you know that’s when you let go and you would have to make sure that that right joystick was straight if you wanted to be an accurate kick

Me personally, playing high school was OK I mean it seem too easy. You could put up 2, 50 point games and get an offer from Alabama or Georgia. You had to play bad on purpose to get those scholarships to work your way. it wasn’t super necessary it’s the first college football game in 11 years they need to build a foundation. I am confident next year or in future games they’ll bring it back.

In my experience of playing sports in high school, AAU and in college wear and tear had very little affect on gameplay. Injuries have an affect, but not wear and tear. There’s too much emphasis on this nonsense of wear and tear.
