And here it is, my ranking of ALL characters in The Quarry from Worst to Best! This comes a bit late today and I was unsure if I would want to release it tomorrow instead, but I am just glad I got it finished given how much script work this ended up being! I take a look at all characters in the game and rank them from "worst" to my absolute favourite, and would love to know how your ranking/list looks like! My next upload will be on Tuesday, and here, I am undecided yet, I will either upload my first League of Legends video or make another Pokemon related video, I will see what I am more interested in tomorrow! One thing ppl miss out on is if Abigail dies, Emma has tears in her eyes throughout the rest of the game when she finds out. It’s a nice touch.

Exactly but people don't want to point that out and just call her a bitch or toxic and just the so called bad things she has done but no one else's. I'm sorry but Kaitlyn is just as bad in ways and it was pointed out in the video. She had to known that Jacob messed with the van but didn't say a word. Then she had to pick Nick and Jacob for the choices in the truth or dare. Also if Emma is infected and goes after Abi, she just runs off or if Werewolf Emma is attacking Dylan then there is a choice of helping or leaving. Emma isn't perfect but neither is Kaitlyn.

@@irishking21 the EXACT same thing happened with until Dawn, Emily has so much other depth and character yet for SO MANY PEOPLE (especially male KZbinrs) they summed her down to “The Bitch” and ruined the entire game for themselves by convincing themselves they have a reason to sum her down to that the entire damn game….

To be fair just one thing doesn't erase Emma's overall toxicity, in Emily's case it's actually deeper than that. Emma is a really important character, but i didnt expect to feel bad for Jacob just because of her lol

I feel so sad for Caleb If you keep him alive and he isn't in the freezer, then he will be seen sitting down depressed by the fact that he was a blood thirsty monster all night. It probably hit him harder seeing Kaitlyn and Dylan cause he would know that he was tormenting them throughout the night. Also, I don't know if you know already, but you can keep Caleb alive without getting Kaitlyn or Dylan killed I actually had to go look this up real quick: The easiest way to do it is to get Kaitlyn infected at the junkyard by failing the last button mash, grab the silver shells from Emma and/or Abi, but then don't shoot Caleb. Kaitlyn's infection will protect her and Caleb will stop hunting Dylan because Kaitlyn distracted him

There's also another way if you didn't already know! If you manage to get to the kitchen part with Dylan when playing Kaitlyn, you can lock Caleb in the freezer. If you don't shoot Silas at the end then everyone that's infected survives which means that Caleb was able to survive being locked in the freezer because of the werewolf curse still in his veins, in turn keeping him warm so he could survive the night once he turned back to human. It's an interesting route to take for an ending to say the least!

You can save Caleb without killing Dylan or Kaitlyn: You must infect Dylan, so Caleb doesn't kill him, then Kaitlyn hides into freezer and then Dylan frees her before dawn. Obviously, as Laura shoots Silas, Dylan and Caleb are alive and cured.

Me and 2 friends played couch co op mode and I was so excited playing as max when it came up, we played all day and kept everybody alive but when we accidentally killed max we had to stop playing

Eliza is an interesting character, just because her vested interest in the story isn't to help 'you' but herself. Dr. Hill and the Curator are trying to help 'you'

My top three be always be: Travis in 1°, Laura in 2° and Dylan in 3°. The ones with the most depth, personality and charisma towards the game, Travis being the most complex and well written character in the whole game for me, his whole nature is just too human, i could write a whole eassy about his character but let's not do that. Laura being that savage, force of natura, determined hero moved by protection and survival and Dylan being charming, fun to be around but also selfless, smart and loving his friends above himself, my maximum favoritism for these three.

Considering how entitled to her Jacob felt despite her constantly telling him she didn't like him like that and didn't want a relationship only for him to ignore all her wishes and even sabotage the car in attempts to have another night with her because he despite her constantly telling him NO he was in the "she'll come around" mentality... I am completely fine with her rubbing any kind of insults into Jacob's face. When you tell someone no, and they constantly take it as "maybe", they are an a-hole, and deserve to 'feel bad'. Why SHOULD she care about doing anything in front of the 'guy who's in love with her' when 'the guy who's in love with her' has done nothing but ignore her wants, pleas and wishes? She doesn't belong to him, and has stated as such multiple times, so she's not obligated to look out for his feelings when he constantly ignores hers.

@TTV Jadeby yes, she also shows a not very confident side, meaning shes not perfect. She doesnt like people to be sad like she says to Abi if not infected and both alive. "hur but she kissed Nick" she actually had everything in control and knew what she was doing, she even asks Nick to get Abi in the woods. I heard that people like to describe Emma like a silly cat that became a woman, and that really suits her, she may not be my number one but she will aways have a place in my favs.

Jacob is not getting enough criticism for me. Imagine someone sabotaging your only transportation home so that they could potentially get back together with someone who already made it clear they didn't want to. Outside of all the werewolf stuff that goes on, that's some creepy psycho mess. That being said, Ryan is still my least favorite character. 😂

I think abi is ment to die anyway.. after chapter 6 she is hiding most of the time even though you save her. It was a nothing character who was just used to showcase the gruesomeness of the game.. she dies the most gruesome death.

My rank for Only Main Character(Not including Max) Base on usefulness 1. Dylan: Radio. Saves Kaitlyn, Abigail, Ryan, Nick. Only one hand yet still helping 2. Laura: She explained everything and she killed one of the werewolves. Saves Ryan, and that cop, I forgot his name. 3. Ryan: He can save everyone except Caleb and the people Caleb bit, can save Jacob. Would have been higher but he can also kill Jacob 4. Emma: Can save Kaitlyn. She is this high because of her bracelet and her camera. Can survive alone 5. Kaitlyn: She is low for me because she kinda dependant. Like you need to kill Emma, Dylan, Abigail just to see her badass side. But because I saved everyone, she is dependant, she is not shooting her gun, she gave her gun to Bobby, and why the freak she decided to go back into the cabin when they can just use a boat then sail into the middle of the river where werewolves can't reach you and wait til the Sun comes out. I feel like I spent most of the time playing her saying "Gurl Shoot Gurl" 6. Abigail: Survived on her own but kinda left Nick but gladly she asked for help, can shoot Nick that will save her. 7. Nick: He can protect everyone from Bobby even though he is not a threat and I think that's it, I just can't put Jacob this high 8. Jacob: Destroyed the car, Left Emma, Bumped Emma into river, Created some arguments with Ryan and more

In my opinion I find Kaitlyn to be probably the most overrated character in The Quarry. Sis barely got any screen time until the end and also didn't really impact the story. There's a lot of other people I prefer over her.

She’s portrayed as the intelligent “final girl” character but she really takes a backseat in the story until the last battle in the lodge. Kind of a shame. Personally I wish the story had a scene where you play as either Kaitlyn or Laura and hunt down one of the werewolves yourself. They kinda did that with the Werewolf Emma scene at the car, but that scene is optional and only happens if you screw up big time when you’re playing as Emma.

Surprisingly enough, with 18 characters to rank, I agree with them all except Laura and Kaitlyn. I'd swap Laura and Kaitlyn's place, so then Laura is second and Kaitlyn third. But, I respect your opinions :). Btw, I loved the video!

If she isn't the final girl, then who is? Don't say Kaitlyn because she has her flaws too. Heres my ranking :) #18 Kaylee (If they had built the realtionship with Ryan before and not after the fact, I would have felt worse for her, but as it stands, I don't really care) #17 Caleb (Okay, not bad just not really a character) #16 Silas (Not that interesting, but can lead to 3 brutal deaths or my fav the car crashing and Luara in her final breath shooting it) #15 Elizah (I was interested at first but lost interest over time) #14 Jeddah (maybe I like him more just because of the funny story about the choking scene Siobhan Williams told in interviews) #13 Constance (Great death scene and sets the tone of the hunters becoming a threat) #12 Chris Hackett (Again, cut dialogue which made Chris Hackett and his relationship with Ryan would have made me put him higher up, but as it stands, extremely weak) #11 Nick (Not bad, just his whole character is "I don't know who I am yet" so not much going on outside that. Despite getting a decent chunk of playtime and screen time in the first three chapters he just ends up as a plot device. Maybe if they made the Max scene played by Nick instead, so at the very least it like bookended his character? I didn't hesitate to shoot him so...) #10 Bobby (The best out of the Hackett Family, having great scene with Ryan. His whole character feels kinda tragic too as he seems so childish like a gentle giant with a shotgun and a knife) #9 Kaitlyn (Before you hate me let me explain; I didn't really connect with Kaitlyn the first time; She didn't get much screentime and for the most part her introduction is mocking her childhood friend when he clearly upset, daring Emma to kiss either her friends crush or her ex whom she doesn't want to do anything with anymore or being generally uptight. While she is badass no doubt, you can also play her as a selfish survivor, abandoning Abi or Dylan when Werewolf Emma Attacks. For those reasons I didn't care much about her survival, but enjoyed her performance) #8 Max (Just making it over Kaitlyn, Max was my fav secondary character. His relationship with Luara is sweet and he's just a guy who legit has the worst luck in the world. He is very sympathetic due to his college application being rejected and it's a very realistic conflict between the couple and not just melodramatic. However his final scene is laughablely forced, and him being playable felt like it was added halfway through development to meet the "Everyone can live and die" Quota) #7 Jacob (This character def. makes mistakes, but you feel for him none the less. I think it was great in the beginning how pretty much everyone shits on the guy making you kinda feel bad only for him to sabatoge the van. I guess Jacobs whole character is for every nice trait and scene you get a bad trait the next. He's defintaley flawed but he has the best of intentions. He would be higher if his later scenes were actually compelling) #6 Abigal (I really liked Abi, biased as I loved her in Modern Family, but still shes a character that is too nice to go through what she has to go through. Supermassive are an expert at making these types of characters; Brad in Man of Medan, Salim in House of Ashes. Abi is simple, but great. Her scenes later aren't amazing but have alot of varity and her dialogue with Emma in the Cellar complete her character for me.) #5 Ryan (I didn't like him at first, he seemed a bit boring compared to the other characters. But his scenes with Chris and Luara later on were really good at showing his cool guy attuide. I would have honestly put him at the top if his realtionship with Dylan and the non-exsist one with Kaitlyn had been more fleshed out, and if they kept in the deleted dialouge between him and Chris) #4 Emma ( She is 50/50 for most players so I agree she can put lower. She's egotistical and stirs the main drama that splits the group. While Jacob should respect her decision for her to break up, she exploits his vulnerable love and mocks him and just generally toys with him. Its a really messed up relationship. You can also kill her in the funniest way by just pulling an Ashley. However, keepinge her alive honestly shows a much more fleshed out character. It's all fun and games till the lights go out. Her desperate loniless and need to entertain people is honestly compelling and relatable for some people. Being Cynical towards her in the Cellar as Abi leads to a genuine character defining moment and honestly redeems her in my eyes. More Flawed than jacob but in a more compelling way) #3 Luara (My fav character the first playthrough; She is a tough determined woman, who will try anything to save Max. I really feel for her and when she reunites with Max its extremely wholesome; However, you can play Laura as a complete idiot more foolish than everyone else. Her introduction wasn't great showing her as the type of person who will just walk after a ghost or open a cellar door because "someone" who looks like a monster is in there. She can also abandon Max which goes against her main driving motivation seen later in the game and just felt out of character for her to even consider) #2 Travis (Just a well acted antagonist; easily the best Hackett and had extremely good chemistry with Laura. Ted Rami knocked it out of the park for the first role I've ever seen him in but I have now been meaning to check out Evil Dead because of him. He's the perfect amount of creepy, mysterious and a bit tragic, stuck protecting a family who cost him everything. The only nitpick is I felt him to be strange at the end; Laura killing his family doesn't affect his decision to help her and Ryan. The only thing that mattered then was if she shot him while escaping. So after I shot his mother, snapped his fathers neck and injured his brother leading to his demise, hes like "Nah we're chill because you knocked me out earlier" Felt contrived as helll) #1 Dylan (common favourite for a reason. I don't even need to explain :) He just is the best part of the Quarry) Whats your fav characters?

18 Kaylee:cuz duuh 17 Caleb:if only we had like a conclusion like the police interviews of until dawn where called would express remorse for killing people and cursing his family since he bit his dad and sister but as of now he is just a werewolf with good design minus some hair 16 Silas:he is a unique werewolf sure and THE ONE but still we hardly know anything, when I first heard he was like a feral albino child I thought he was an actual child which could have been interesting but no... 15 jebediah:sorry if wrong spelling he is pretty cool for a villain but he hardly know that much about him, even still I really like him 14 Eliza:I like her and the fact that she actually scolds you if you get the best ending lol, she is okay but we don't really get to see her story other than the flashback, if only we could have gotten a scene with her and silas 13 Constance:wish she was in the game more, lin shaye getting her head blown off is a really great death and quite shocking and the scene where she tells at Travis was great and really showed how much she cared about kaylee, sadly not much else there is to her character 12 Chris:he seems like a great guy, other than just leaving Laura and max with Travis, he seems like a good person at hard who is just in a bad situation, still we don't get that many scenes with him and he is a werewolf for the rest of the game, same with caleb if he survived he could have had a conclusion about everything he did 11 Bobby:he is a pretty great character and you can really feel for him since he probably doesn't wanna do half the things he does or even knows they are wrong since he just gets ordered around like a robot by his family 10 Emma:I liked her design and when I saw her in the trailer i thought she was a final girl like Sam in until dawn but noo, she has a nice relationship with Abi and when she admits that her confidence is fake I thought she really had potential but sadly she is a bitch like Emily for most of the game, still that doesn't I don't like her I just wish she could have been more 9 Nick:seems like a nice guy but not much screen time and bam he is a werewolf for the rest of the game 8 Jacob:this is probably because I kinda blame him for sabotaging the van and trapping them but really didn't Sympathize with Jacob and his love life, I understand him but I don't sympathize with him, the scene he apologize to Emma was good but I wish he could have apologized to everyone 7 Abigail:she is a nice girl and I like her but that's it... She is likeable enough but other than being friends with Emma and having a crush on it there is really nothing else to her, that's not saying she is terrible I still like her 6 Travis:a really complex character, a nice guy at heart and really tries his best but it's just not good enough, his relationship and conflict with Laura is understandable and makes sense I'm glad he didn't die in my first run 5 Ryan:his relationship with Chris is interesting, wish we could have seen more! His interactions with Laura are pretty good and he is always entertaining, sadly his romantic subplot goes nowhere 4 Kaitlyn:I really like the sassy girl boss type so this maybe biased but top it with the fact that she is badass especially at the end and you got my number four ranking 3 Max:max is likeable and his relationship with Laura is genuine as well as help be the drive for her goal, I love how he actually listens to travis's advice to just goes to the motel and he is very relatable for me, he really becomes an afterthought after his curse is broken tho.... He should have swam to shore and maybe met up with Kaitlyn and Dylan to fight called and maybe every other werewolf at camp at that point in the game, like if Emma or Jacob turned they would attack the lodge with Caleb but hoo well 2 Dylan:his humorous side and lines are really great, so is his interactions with Ryan, his scenes with Kaitlyn are great to and makes them into a memorable duo, when he reveal his humorous side is just a person's I can actually relate to him, I feel bad for getting him bit and letting him turn into a werewolf in my first Playthrough 1 Laura:what can I say? Her motivations are clear and makes sense, she has a fun personality and you can connect with the fact that she wants to save her boyfriend because she knows it's her fault he is like this even if he doesn't say it

Good ranking, overall the majority of your rankings I agree with, even some that we disagree a bit I can see why you put them where you put them, mine would be: 18. Kaylee, 17. Silas, 16. Caleb : mostly what you said about these 3 characters, I just put Caleb above Silas since you can create some interesting scenarios with him at the end, you can even save him, Kaitlyn and Dylan in the same playthrough which I found interesting. I really wish we got a scene at the beginning of Kaylee and Caleb interacting with the counsellors and then leaving, just so we cared about them more and we learned a bit more about them, but I understand that they probably would have to hire actors for that 15. Constance: A great performance by Lin, we just didn't have enough time with her and the little that we had, well let's say I didn't appreciate how she treated Travis and her whole 'family over everyone else' thing which is although respectable, too immoral, paired with the fact that she treats other werewolfs (Nick) like they're nothing, well I just can't like her (even though brilliant acting like I said) 14. Eliza: same as Constance really, if her goals where just to protect her son then good, but she used him as an attraction for money which I do not respect, phenomenal acting by Grace though 13. Chris: they only gave him like 2 scenes, the best thing about him was the relationship with Ryan but even that was not properly explored, also putting the beginning and end of his summer camp between full moons was an irresponsible thing to do😅 12. Jed: again was not given enough, but at least he tried to save the kids in some situations (also I believe Constance calls him Jed once or twice if she remains alive but yeah😂 other than that they never say his name) 11. Nick: someone had to be the lab rat and unfortunately it was him, his relationship with Abi although nice, wasn't a highlight for me and well we all know how that ended. A good change in my opinion would have been to make his bite determinant and interchangable with Abi (meaning based on your choices either him or Abi get bitten, the one that does gets Nick's role in the story and the other gets Abi's) 10. Ryan: I really wanted to like him, but he just didn't click enough with me, he has moments where I REALLY enjoy him and others where I REALLY don't. The cut content with him really hurt him as well, the whole scene of him confronting werewolf Chris was really good, a shame it got taken out (it even gave Laura a Dylan-like moment where as she is transforming she enters a different room to not hurt Ryan), as well as some cut dialogue between Chris and him in chapter 1 that made you feel more about the relationship they had, I hope they bring those scenes back 9. Bobby: A side character done mostly right, he had enjoyable scenes and was funny, the only thing I would want him to do is, to quote Ryan "Use your words dude" 8. Emma: After I finished my first playthrough, she was one of my least favourite characters, but after multiple ones and seing different scenes with her, she grew on me a lot and I understood her better and the insecurities that she has 7. Abigail: A sweet innocent character that I really liked, she just got a bit lost in the background in the late parts of the game, wanted a bit more of her towards the end 6. Jacob: Is he dumb? Yes. Is what he did with the van wrong? Yes. Still, I feel sorry for him. I liked that they made the jock type character not afraid of showing his emotions. I might have a soft spot for him as well due to the fact he was the only counselor to die in my original playthrough😅, but I did like him a lot nonetheless 5. Kaitlyn: A strong character that I really enjoyed, I do however think that she stayed a bit the same throughout the night, she somewhat ended as she started and didn't develop much, but she was a badass that got shit done and her banter with Dylan was excellent 4. Travis: A character that can change a lot due to your choices which I really like (Connor and Markus from detroit are also characters like that, can't wait for your 2nd run of the game btw). At the end of the day you can see the difficult position he was in and sympathise with him but also see he isn't perfect as well. I really enjoyed his comlexity 3. Dylan: A selfless character that develops a lot through the night, can sacrifice himself for Kaitlyn, his transformation is sad and highlights his personality as someone that puts others above himself, his jokes also hit with me I really enjoyed them and him overall 2. Max: A suprise pick probably, but I LOVE his relationship with Laura, he is such a good boyfriend and a genuine, nice guy. His reunion with Laura has to be my favourite scene in the game. I believe if he had more screentime he would be a lot higher in a lot of people's rankings 1. Laura: I love Laura. such a well-developed character. I wouldn't say she is dumb, she is actually quite smart, but she is REALLY reckless and curious sometimes which may lead to some problems for her and others around her, I like however that she has flaws and isn't perfect. Her journey through the game was really good. She is badass yes, but she is also a deep, complex character. By choosing to be accusatory to Travis in the hunt for Silas, and if Abi is dead and you are mean to her as Ryan, you see some interesting parts of her character and how much she has been affected and traumatised by the whole experience. Her loyalty to Max and her determination are also pretty commendable and Siobhan's performance is also incredible. She has quickly become my favourite Supermassive character (Dylan and Max are also quite close don't get me wrong). Sorry for the long comment😅, just wanted to express my thoughts. Overall I really liked the Quarry and that is thanks to its characters which are really good. Our ranking apart from Max, Ryan and Eliza is pretty close and I really enjoyed your vid. Hoping for some more quarry content in the future!

I don't agree with your whole list but one that we do agree is Laura is number 1 to me also. Plus on my list Kaitlyn would never be ahead of Laura because I think she is just as toxic as Emma. First of the way she talked to a Jacob in chapter 1 then never say anything about Jacob messing with car, she had to known he had something to do with it. I don't understand why people dislike Ryan. He serves as a great straight-man to the more intense personalities of Jacob, Laura, and Dylan. Finally. Someone who thinks emma is worse than Jacob. Ik Jacob is the reason everyone is in the situation but can yall really blame him? He didn't know that there would be werewolves, yall acting like that is just normal and to expect it. Emma is just a really mean person tho, she even kisses max(?) I mean he definitely deserves some of the hate he gets. Of course he didn’t expect there to be werewolves, but messing up the van was still ridiculous and immature. Besides Emma kissing Nick, she was never really mean or evil to anyone. Emma stated that both her and Jacob agreed to just have some summer fun and that she didn’t want anything serious, so it’s not fair to be mad at her for not wanting to be with Jacob. She never promised him a relationship. He got too attached and began acting possessive over her. He couldn’t accept no for an answer, and it got annoying.

I think I agree with this list for the most part, though I’d personally swap Ryan with Travis. Kaitlyn was a character that I didn’t care for much at first and was only liking her because she’s played by Brenda Song, but as the story progresses and we saw more of her actions and personality, she became one of my favorites by the end. Emma probably got on my nerves the most because of the whole campfire situation. Like you said, she kissed the person her best friend liked, but what I really didn’t get was why she would try to make Jacob jealous when it didn’t really seem like they broke up on bad terms. They were going to different schools, but Jacob wanted to have a long distance relationship but Emma didn’t, so she broke up, and even told Abigail that he wasn’t a “dud” so I don’t see the point in trying to make him jealous. Emma’s actress was great though and Emma is flawed so I think that makes her a good character. Jacob also kind of got on my nerves because of his temper at times. He wanted a competition with Nick over a snack and when he was losing, he gets w reckless out of anger and points the gun at Nick, and when him and Ryan argued later about who gets the gun, Ryan potentially let’s go to just let him have it, but the gun accidentally hits Jacob in the face so Jacob gets mad and tries to punch Ryan. I also didn’t really like how Dylan is the one who suggested they have a party, and Jacob decided to act like the leader and gives Dylan the boring job (figure hour how to charge the phones).

This game is great, but after halfway through, I feel like it's getting more boring and lacking as it goes on. It's disappointing that there's no relationship system between the main characters that would effect some characters' decision and fate and we can also matchmake them with one another. I'm especially disappointed that we could get Dylan or Kaitlyn to be flirty with Ryan once, but never goes back to it again and then Laura comes up and they just go "Oh. Ryan likes Laura now" and we didn't have the choice to decide which route his relationship should go. Also, though I don't remember which specifically, but I do remember that there are some choices that are kinda vague. Like I can't tell what is going to happen and then bam, the character did something that I did not expected. Also, after some certain points, I am a bit disappointed that Jacob, Emma, Abigail, and Nick didn't have any impactful events in the rest of the game. Like they just remain there, no more danger and no more death. Their fate of staying alive is set in stone for the rest of the story. And the biggest disappointment of all, there's no big final showdown with all the characters that are left alive that would get you intense like you're battling a boss. There's the scene with Dylan and Kaitlyn, but only just the two of them and afterwards, the three musketeers went and found Silas and all you get is just one choice to decide the ending. No all of the characters together, trying to survive against Silas, with tons of QTEs or anything. But anyway, there are few more minor stuffs that I don't like, but despite all my ranting, I still think this game is enjoyable and fun enough. Also, Kaitlyn is my fav. Though wish there were more choices she can rock with the guns.

imo, 10. travis just didn't rly like him 9. nick basically Jessica from until dawn but without a personality 8. Ryan I really wanted to like him + his romance with Dylan but he is emotionally comparable to a rock 7. Abigail ok I like everyone from her and upwards. she had a sweet personality and I really enjoyed her character in the earlier chapters. however as the game progresses she is heavily sidelined which kinda sucks for her 6. max ok he is absolutely hilarious for the like 10 minutes he is in the game. I love 'son of a... binky boinky' and I feel like his relationship with Laura is so wholesome and adorable. I wish we'd gotten to see more of him as a human and not a werewolf. 5. Emma same deal as Abigail. she's got a funny personality and I feel like she bounces off Abigail amazingly (they'd have worked better as a couple than nick x Abi). her influencer scenes, while totally corny, are also really good and she has some hilarious lines. however shes also sidelined to hell after the first few chapters. 4. Laura she's such a tough, independent character and has that 'final girl' vibe to her (although I do think Kaitlyn fits more). unlike a lot of the characters whose main motive is to just not die, Laura's is to free max from the werewolf curse which gives her character purpose. however I dont really like ch7 and she's kinda shoehorned into the later chapters so she loses a couple points. 3. Jacob is he an idiot? for sure. did he cause all this? yes. does this make me love him any less? no sorry. as much as I wanted to hate him, I felt more sympathetic towards him than anything. he doesn't seem like a bad guy, he just has really poor decision-making-skills. 2. Kaitlyn this game's resident final girl. she's a badass with a gun and here scene with Dylan at the scrapyard is probably the best in the game. I also loved the final showdown at the lodge, I thought that was way better than the one with Silas. 1. Dylan he has probably the funniest lines in any supermassive game along with max. not only that but he has such a great personality. his transformation scene at the scrapyard when he tells Kaitlyn to save herself is the best in the game and I love him.

Is alone worth more than characters like Kaitlyn and Eliza. I love his personality. He is a serious, brave and smart person. For example when Jedediah and Bobby, mostly Jed wanted to kill all the counslers, he knew that this wasn't the time to be mad and sad. He still wanted to calm down everyone and thats the type of character I love in horror games/movies. *3 - Jacob:* He is so dumb, immature and all that stuff that i love him. From the beggining I thought of him as my favorite and "main" character. Butter butter cheesepops, pop it in your mouth. I love him, he was literally comedy. *2 - Laura:* Tbh I think she was the most "main" character. Even in the quarry pic u can see her pic is large. She is badass, funny, sweet and loving. For me my 3 favourites (different categories, not in any order) were: A) Most wanted to protect: Abigail! She I was rooting for the most right from the outset. She was probably the character I was most heartbroken about losing in chapter 6 after the game didn't count my shot as "accurate" for whatever reason. Only outdone in this category by Kara, Alice and Luther from DBH. B) Most complex / well developed: Travis. I actually didn't see him as an antagonist (at least not from chapter 7 onwards) and was actually quite sympathetic towards given he was just trying to protect his family. C) Most entertaining: Dylan. I don't think I need to explain this one at all! D) Most badass: Laura. Again no explanation needed really! Only places where my opinions differ from this video are: Kaitlyn: Didn't really care about her, including when she died because I missed my shot with the silver bullet. Felt she was too abrasive, almost an "Emily"-lite to me. Though Emily was so dislikeable that she was entertaining, whereas with Kaitlyn I was just like "meh". Ryan: Again I didn't particularly care about his character, even though I managed to keep him alive. It's weird because I'm an introvert myself, but in this game I didn't feel like I got to know him. I felt like the story wouldn't be much different with him gone, and he wasn't an "Abigail" either. Jacob: For me I was definitely very sympathetic towards Jacob. Especially after what Emma did. He definitely ranked high up in the first category, but not as high as Abigail.

And she was the characters I knew for certain I HAD to keep alive. 2) Jacob - I'm completely aware that Jacob is not a good character and I understand if people but him at the bottom of their list. HOWEVER that doesn't change the fact that I found him to be the most entertaining and hilarious character in the whole game. I also love how underneath the cliche "Dude-bro" aesthetic that he has, he's just a big softie. 3) Kaitlyn - definitely the runner up for "Final girl". I think she felt like the most real and tangible character, she was able to be a headstrong and hardass leader without being too bland and boring. Her quirkiness can be hit or miss but I thought she was cool for the most part 4) Emma - similar to Jacob, you either love her or absolutely her. Despite some of her insufferable vlogging, I thought her "I'm here to be looked at, everyone look at me" personality to be funny sometimes. I do think that she gets kind of a bad rap from most people (Mainly because of her janky mouth animation) , but I didn't hate her as much as other people. 5) Max - a lot of people hate max for some reason when I don't even think he's a bad guy. Is he corny? Yes. But I don't find him to be as bad as everyone else is. He's just one of those guys that tries to use jokes to avoid serious discussions. I definitely felt bad for him, just like Laura, his entire summer was ruined and now he's cursed to be a werewolf. I LOVED the reunion that Laura and max can gave at the end of the game (Depending on your choices) 6) Abigail - while I hate to put her below emma, she's one of those characters that gets the short end of the stick in terms of the plot. Outside of liking nick, she doesn't really have any other characteristics that stand out as entertaining or interesting. She does get a LITTLE development towards the end with Emma (depending on your choices). I don't dislike her at all, she's just kinda there. 7) Dylan - highly controversial opinion, I didn't like this character. I think he's on the weaker side in terms of acting. Throughout the game he sounds like he's doing an impression of a stoner and a pørn parody actress combined. A lot of his jokes could have been funny if they were delivered better and didn't drag on for so long (Like the calling for help scene). I don't like how awkward and cringe a lot of his dialogue is. And I don't like how overly horny he as throughout the first half of the game. 8) Ryan - everyone seems to unanimously agree that Ryan is the worst actor in the game. I don't why Justice Smith put on goofy fake deep voice when it just sounds like he's burping every word. He also just sounds bored and sleepy throughout the whole game. On top of that Ryan just no charisma or cool factor to him. He does nothing but groan and complain about everything in the second half and overall he's just as boring as drywall. 9) Nick - this character could have been so much better if you plot didn't just forget about him. He mostly exist as a plot device for Abigail. As soon as he turns into a Werewolf, THAT'S IT, no more nick for the rest of the game. This character can't be in any other place than last.

Not the Emma slander 😔 My girl's actions may be questionable, but her heart is in the right place (lmao yes, I'm an Emma apologist) With kissing Nick she gave a 'nudge' to Abi so that they can finally confess to each other, as it was stated by herself And believe it or not, she really cares about Abi, like when they're both in the basement, Em tries to cheer her up, or when Em is in there alone you can see her eyes are red and puffy from crying, so it must mean she is very upset by Abi's death and maybe even regrets kissing Nick, as it was the last time her and Abigail interacted

Emma perfectly handle herself on the island, be a smart and resourceful. Then she also calmly find a way back in the lodge and can fight off another werewolf, again, being a resourceful. Unlike the others, Emma decide to wait in shelter until dawn, which is pretty simple and smart. At least she wasnt try to be a "hero". And in the end Emma can pass a silver bullet to Kaitlyn,which can actually save Kaitlyn and Dylan lives + can curse some people. Emma also records her adventures on camera, which gives her a complete alibi. Remember when game tell us how important evidences are? And how you need to record them? Hell, Emma do that without player`s help. I find her more interesting to watch rather than Ryan, Max, Nick and etc... About Kaitlyn...well, she`s not my favourite character, in my opinion she`s fine, but some characters better than her
