i just can't get over how neurotic parrots are. i watched jinx the whole time and he couldn't sit still for 2 seconds. He was squatting down, lifting his foot, pacing back and forth.....Just way too much for me! So in reality you DID save a parrot! helped me realize they aren't for me....Thanks

I absolutely LOVE parrots/larger birds - when they live with someone else. I used to have finches and I loved them - but those are about the only kind of birds I'd ever like to have. But, I love watching other people's birds - it's great that we have YT for that. :)

You couldn't have released this course at a better time! I just placed a deposit on my first baby bird (a cockatiel) last week, I still have a few weeks before he can come home! I'll have to get this course to be prepared for when they come home. I'm really glad the pet store is encouraging me to visit as much as possible. I get to see that cute little baby face and we can get familiar with each other :)

I'm so so so excited you guys have done this. I have small bird experience and my husband and I both love birds. We have made the choice to expand into a larger parrot and have been waiting patiently for the opportunity to bring home a baby macaw. We have 3 children and raising a bird ourselves has always worked well for us, but i was nervous about doing the same with a large parrot. The hard things you say might ne true, but you still encouraging the optimism. I like it and if i could i would have already see all of your course. Jinx is such a sweet sunshine ☀️ 💛🦜 I love your content and watch all of your KZbin videos and I don't even have a bird; but am absolutely taken with parrots -have always loved them; I fell in love with macaws when I was little. I had a blue budgie many years ago when I was a teen. Blueberry reminds me of him a lot. If I had had all the information about bird care that I now have gathered through your videos, I would have been able to give my budgie an even better life back then. Is this something you would do for parakeets or lovebirds I am very interested in buying one or the other. My knowledge on birds is very limited but I have trained reptiles before and believe I have the patience for a bird.
