Best BFR presentation I've come across - listening to a well educated, well trained, very experienced PT, who deals with patients as well as body builders, is most helpful to make sense of the vast amount of information on the net As expounded by Layne Norton, low weight exercise to failure is not easy, and overhyped - BFR gives some big weight training effects, while unloading the joints - so important for seniors trying to slow and reverse sarcopenia.
