This is sooo helpful! I've recently had disc bulge and my obliques have seized up big time - What do you recommend to decrease tension? Mckenzie and anything else? Sorry if naive, but would you also not do too much core training at the start, as this will tighten up the spine more? Thanks

Hi, i feel some rigidity in the right chest, i stopped doing push ups and chest exercises many times, even for 3 weeks, ive noted that reducing the rom(cause i have long arms) i dont feel chest pain, in your opinion can i continue to do that with stretching? Thanks
