I come back to her keto episode over and over. There are so many great ides in all of them, but honestly I don't think I would have made it 15 months keto without her as evidenced by the fact that I'm making the cauliflower fried rice for dinner tonight and have done once every other week for months. She has also changed the way I think about ingredients. I've always been hesitant to throw away scraps, but the way she makes amazing food out of stuff that most people would throw away is just so impressive.

I truly love and appreciate June. I have learned so much from her. From being comfortable using things a bit past their dates, to using new foods and not to be afraid of them, mistakes can be happy and delicious mistakes and how to shop for inexpensive foods. I've made multiple dinners she makes and best of all? I listen to June many times to help me fall asleep. No commercials to interrupt and her voice is soothing! Even my kids enjoy watching with me.
