A titan class Star Convoy sounds absurd until you consider the possibility that he's intended to scale with the previously cancelled Legacy Hot Rod, rather than a Micromaster or core class Hot Rod... Scrapping core class was a huge mistake. There are so many smaller characters who'd be a perfect fit for that size class. A Titan class Astrotrain was suggested by the Hasbro team during Pulse Con, which would have been great if we had the rest of the main '86 movie Decepticons in core class form to pose with it. As for main line core class candidates, some fun picks could have been Cybertron Signal Lancer, '07 movie Dispensor or Nickel as a second DJD member. I'd blame the poor sales on the price hikes and awful distribution. It feels odd to have four combiner teams on the go at the same time but I'm not complaining. My guess is that Superion's engineering will be similar to Legacy Menasor, with Silverbolt's runway being a separate piece that forms the Superion frame. I thought ages ago that Onslaught would be the most obvious reworking of the Legacy Menasor design, since he also transforms into a truck with a large trailer. I just hope that they fix the shoulder durability. My guess for Red Alert is that he'll be a slight retool of Cannonball, but he'll be bumped up to voyager class with the addition of a Mini-Con. Crossing my fingers that SS86/Devastation Megatron takes some cues from the Robosen figure. I would love a telescoping Fusion Cannon. I'm still sitting here waiting for a Siege Shockwave rerelease though...

Hey, I think there might’ve been some figs you missed. For Age of the primes I remember there being a leaked listing for a Voyager Prima and for Studio Series, listings for A-Level b-127 from One (which got revealed a few weeks ago) and gamer edition Optimus Prime from Devastation, as well as deluxe Elita from One (which was also revealed a few weeks back), and also the recent leaks of target exclusives for: deluxe gamer editions for sideswipe and Wheeljack from devastation, as well as as some type of variants for voyager gamer editions Optimus Prime and Megatron from WFC (could be package refreshes or modified figures that fix their problems).

There's been a rumor floating around by Evan stating that they plan on releasing more Commander Class figures instead of one or two. I believe for 2025 they are looking to do Silverbolt and Onslaught for the Age of the Primes and for Studio Series 86 Hook and Long Haul. I do know Evan said they plan on having all Studio Series 86 figures done by 2026.

Age of Primes was sounding like a great lineup across the board. But when you got into Studio Series, there wasn't anything you mentioned that I wanted. Except Constructicons. I know I know, we all know. Megatron can't turn into a gun and has to be a tank and or helicopter now. Maybe they'll toss in a masterpiece Megatron gun mode with him...but that right there destroys the studio series vibe, going from movie accurate to whatever, you'll still buy it.

I’m honestly shocked TF One didn’t get anymore mainline releases such as Megatron. The mainline Orion Pax looks really good for its price and size, would’ve been nice to have a D-16/Megatron to have along side him. Hope to see more TF One figures though like Shockwave or Jazz. It’d be really sick to get a TF One Megatronus too

Amazing rundown. Excited most for the Combiners as I never got into any of the Combiner Wars releases. Great to see more Bayverse in SS, and great to see the AOE Prime design get the Leader Class treatment after so many lackluster attempts though the original Evasion Mode was pretty great. Widow Maker, and Q, Movie Bee already feel like instant pickups. Definitely getting Armada Red Alert, and I think the plan is to retool him for the later Flatline.

I think Hasbro has a plan. First they do the G1 stuff, getting that out of the way right away, and then doing the other Transformers Continuity's afterwards. And I called it, also Combiner Wars wasn't that bad. And I am looking forward to getting new Combaticons toys^^ Also, while I'm glad that those teased toys coming out, along with more chances at getting toys I never found in stores, I think Hasbro should just swallow there pride and do the B.V Skids & Mudflap, heck they don't even have to do them separate, they can do them as a double pack. And if there doing Q, then maybe they can do a more G1 inspired version of that toy, like they did for the original version of the DOTM Q.

The Studio Series waves this year look great, especially with the Paramount films. There may only be 4 molds from the bay films, but it's still 3 key members to the Bay lineup (and a concept design I hate), plus the 4 ONE figures (most of which have been revealed) are exciting, and the other 3 figures are intriguing. Que, Hatchet, AOE Optimus, Apelinq, and all of the ONE characters (especially Homelander Prime) are definite must-buys.
