The plans is to secure the family’s long term residence in the Uk.. If the primary applicant is able to secure a Masters degree in Nursing, the family can remain on the Post study visa. By the time the student completes her/his program and the family’s post visa expires… Everyone can move the Nurse’s skilled worker visa!! And this will save a lot of money on Future IHS fee and Visa application fees.

Will this go through, wouldn't the UKVI insist the wife be joined under the Graduate Visa before approval? Again, does it imply that wife, upon taking the MSc Nursing program will now need to apply for a Student Visa alone for the studies? Please clarify, as I have so many families in this situation.
