Good afternoon , Sir . Please tell me . See the sentence carefully - " I said that he would come there and also that he would help them with some money "....Now my question is whether " that he would help them with money " is a Noun Clause used as Object of the verb - "Said" or not , and if I can use " and " here . Can 2 Noun Clauses be used together by using " And " in Object position as in the sentence ?? Please give me some examples like this so that I can clear my concept. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

First of all, we should write "come here" or "go there", not "come there". Now coming to your question, we should not use 'that' two times here. It is better to say - "I said that he would come here (or go there) and also he would help them with some money". And yes this noun clause is used as an object of the verb 'said'.
