i play in the english dub, just because its easier for me to follow along with since i dont speak the languages of the other dubs. however, i think these are all very well done and match the characters perfectly! kudos to the voice actors and voice actresses from all the dubs. thank you for bringing all of our favorite characters to life! 😊

What’s marvellous is that the characters do different poses as they attack so it must be so fun to come up with what they say for each step and gesture and frame (don’t compete ya’ll and disappoint the team behind it, they’re all so damn good). It’s also so interesting how some characters suits them one language as it gives them a better personality feel, but most of them rock all languages😍✨

Japanese seems to be the best overall. The infliction isn't ridiculously exaggerated. Not disgustingly cute, nor overly weirdly sexual. Fits the characters the best, in my opinion. I'd say English is second. Then Chinese. Lastly, Korean.

I have my game in Chinese audio, but I definitely wish I could hear some of the other dubs for certain characters bc I prefer another language's voice for some characters like for example I do like English and Japanese Kazuha better, Japanese Ayato more, English Lyney and Lynette, English Albedo, Japanese Ganyu, etc

Let’s be real here, after having years of having my vc in English, I changed it to Chinese and was the best decision ever. It fits the characters, and has more emotion in the lines. Chinese out of all the languages is the absolute best, at first it was weird bc it was new but I quickly got used to it and it’s so much better than English. If you have a problem with my opinion then cry about it, you won’t change my mind. But yeah if you want more emotions in the characters voices then Chinese is the way to go!🤭

I've downloaded JP and CN voiceover today after version 5.1 update because of the EN voice over artists strike. Can't choose between JP and CN. CN vo is synced with characters' lips but JP vo sounds animé.

What I've noticed, eng dub doesn't care much about fitting voices to their characters. Like xiao, bennet, hu tao and ect. I hate it, because they just don't give a shit about their job. Hired some people to voice characters and so be it. Xiao sounds as typical teen, although in original he sounds as a man, who saw some shit in this world. Qiqi and Klee are voiced by women, not children, bennet sounds as 10yo boy, although he's 16-17. This is really peeses me off. They're getting paid for nothing, while mihoyo refuses to add russian dub, that tries its best to fit voices. I'm not saying russian dub is the best, I'm saying eng dub not doing enough

This is not about translation or "put someone to dub as long as they sound young", this is about fitting original voices. If not, that means localization studio doesn't give a f*ck about their job, cuz they must find people with similar voices to original But then again, to prove my point let me remind you eula's burp in one of events. It was about mc being barman instead of diluc. Anyway, when eula came up, she became drunk and burped. She didn't in Chinese, neither in Korean or Japanese. It was an aside and it just proves that the goal of localizers is to just translate the text and add whatever they can think of, not localize it
