Cuz my Wii only has the Disc Channel, the Forecast Channel (doesn't work), the Weather Channel (doesn't work), the Mii Channel, and lastly the Wii Shop Channel (doesn't work..how it should), and i don't have a SD card, just asking cuz my Wii is kinda dog water

OP already replied ik but it's an unofficial channel/application for several Nintendo systems, primarily the Wii but it's also on 3DS and has a theme on the 3DS app TWiLightMenu++. It's a way to access and manage other homebrew downloads that don't have a channel/icon on the console's main menu. Usually you only need 1, but some hackers like to have multiple that use different skins(usually just a different water color, and occasionally changing the logo and bubble/particle textures) at the same time as a joke from what I've gathered
