All Windows Startup and Shutdown Sounds (3.0 MDK through 11)

Trivia:
−The Windows 3.1 wordmark was originally used for the Windows 3.0 logo and the system's products (released 2 years prior to its successor).
−The Windows 3.1 logo had made its first appearance as a compatibility mark on Microsoft's product packages and on the system's final beta release in 1991.
−The Windows 3.1 startup and shutdown sounds were introduced 4 months before the system was released.
−The Windows 3.1 startup sound was also used on the prototype versions of Windows 95 (up to April Test Release) and on the Beta 1 builds of Windows NT 4.0.
−The Windows 95 startup sound was introduced 3 months before the system was released.
−The Windows 95 startup and shutdown sounds were also used on the prototype versions of Windows 98 (up to Beta 2).
−The Windows NT 4.0 startup and shutdown sounds were introduced 3 months before the system was released.
−The Windows NT 4.0 startup sound was also used on the earliest prototype builds of Windows 2000.
−The Windows NT 4.0 shutdown sound was also used on the first 2 betas of Windows 2000.

−The Windows 2000/ME startup and shutdown sounds were introduced 10 months before the former system was released and were also used on the prototype versions of Windows XP (up to build 2486) and on the unreleased Neptune system.
−The Windows XP/Server 2003 startup and shutdown sounds were introduced 4 months before the former system was released.
−The Windows XP/Server 2003 startup sound was also used on all prototype versions of Windows Vista (up to build 5840).
−The Windows XP/Server 2003 shutdown sound was also used on the builds 3683 through 5466, 5472 through 5477 and 5505 of Windows Vista.
−The Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 startup and shutdown sounds were introduced 3 months before Vista was released.
−The Windows 11 startup sound was introduced 3 months before the system was released.
−The Windows logos from 3.1 to 7 are the earliest concepts of the current Microsoft logo (hence the colors).
−Recent versions from 8 onwards have no shutdown sound. The standard sound is the same as the Vista/7 one, except that it's unused, although it can be found on the media folder.
